Rip-off artists. Our Ford F150 truck broke down while driving from Missouri to Virginia, had it towed to Yes Ford after figuring out via handheld computer that engine was missing on #8 cylinder. We rented a car and continued on to Virginia. Yes Ford wanted to give it a complete tune-up despite the fact that I told them it had one less than 6 months ago. Told them just replace sparkplug and coil. They did so, but charged me 3 hours worth of labor ($450) for a job that takes less than half an hour! Total bill (parts, labor, tax) was over $650! Stay away from these people!

The staff have always been courteous. I can't give 5 stars considering the average wait of about 6 hours when we get the oil changed. Also, we've been waiting on parts for 5 months. I don't believe they are entirely to blame given the current state of world affairs, however a call once in that time would have been nice.

Avoid at all costs. They simply do not care. I went in for a diagnostic. I gave detailed information about what was going on with the truck which was obviously ignored. After being given a false and lazy diagnostic, being charged for a battery I did not need, going back for a second diagnostic, having an additional delay of a week due to a mechanic's personal issues for which I was not notified, having my truck hit by another vehicle inside the shop, no effort whatsoever was given to make me whole. Three weeks, all told. They did repair the damage from *their* collision, and they gave the second diagnostic without an additional charge. In my book, that's less than bare minimum in this situation.

Gave them a one only because the lady at front desk does a really good customer job. They way over charge. I left without having any work done but had to pay $178 for the test they require even for minor things such a signal bulbs.

Wouldn’t even rate this place 1 star but it’s mandatory so they get a 1. I have problems out of them every time i have to take my car in. Always getting the run around with things and never a straight answer. Rude as hell employees. Take my car in for what is supposed to be a 1 day recall fix and several times have had to leave it there for numerous days to a week. They don’t give loner cars or rentals and when you call for an update they have nothing to tell you. I would not recommend doing business if any sorts with these folks.

I've dealt with different Ford dealerships in the past few years and was very disheartened, to the point I was ready to give up on Ford. Between Baylee's excellent customer service, great wrench turners and reasonable dealership prices, this is the best Ford dealership I've ever been to. I'm a happy customer.

I was on vacation with my family in Huntington, West Virginia. When it was time for us to begin the drive back home, we found that the oil and coolant levels were low. Since this was a rental car, I was unfamiliar with the proper products that the vehicle required. I pulled into Todd Judy Ford, and I was greeted by the Fixed Operations Director. I explained the situation, and the Director immediately told me that they would be happy to check out the vehicle so my family could safely travel back to our home, which was fourteen hours away. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Upon checking out, the on-duty Service Specialist continued with the excellent service that the Director established. In the end, the staff performed checks on all fluid levels, and topped off any that were low. This team categorized this visit as a complimentary service check, and I never received a bill. I have never received this type of service at a car dealer in my home state, as well as the empathy that the service team showed me on this day. I am grateful for the entire Todd Judy experience. Thank you!

Service department didn’t have parts for car and refused to give me part numbers so I could check another dealer to get my car back on the road asap instead of waiting on them for a week. Poor customer service being afraid of loosing one sale to get a loyal Ford customer back on the road while traveling. Shame on parts customer service at Huntington WV. Glad I won’t be back here to deal with this company again.

Nick Carter is about the worst sales manager I’ve ever dealt with. Last 3 days he’s acted like doing his job was a burden. Then proceeds to get an attitude with me over an extended warranty refund. Pathetic way of doing business in my book.

Went to trade one of my cars and get a new one. I have negative equity in the car. Had to sign a credit application and asked to test drive the car I was interested in and was told no not until they seen if I could qualify. So I have to have a credit check before I test drive a car before even knowing if I want it? Never got to test drive, was told $6k down due to negative equity- I’m not paying $6k down on a car that I’m being refused to test drive. Went down the road 30 minutes after leaving and got a 2024 Chevy traverse. Only had to put down $3k but I put $8k down & was able to test drive it before even doing the credit check! So now I’m the proud owner of a 2022 traverse and a 2024 traverse!

Broke a bolt on our engine and now they want to charge us for their mistakes. Don’t you think we’re low income enough coming to Yes Ford? Let alone the fact that pulling $1.2k isn’t really that easy. Keith says YES to his workers messing up his customers cars, he says YES to his workers not taking responsibility. Don’t ever go here. Edit: We finally got the car back after three months of waiting with new issues. Suddenly the wipers won’t work when you turn the knob, yet will when you spray wiper fluid from the jets. Fuses are good, so I’m assuming the wiring is bad. This is some kind of cruel joke at this point. Not only were you trying to charge your customers for your mistakes, you didn’t fix the mistakes you’ve created. You can’t say you didn’t know about it either, you guys do multipoint inspections as listed on our receipt. Keep in mind we still had to do monthly payments on the car despite it gathering dust for two of the three months it was there.

Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. The vehicle was as described. My sales consultant sent me videos prior to making an hour + drive. He was very polite and professional. I was able to make a fair trade. Pleased with my purchase.

Waited 3 hours for an oil change that was scheduled as the first appointment of the day. Also have called multiple times during business hours to schedule appointments and no one answers. Had an issue on my new vehicle with Bluetooth connection. After leaving my vehicle a full day, still have same issue. Now going elsewhere for service.

We took our vehicle in to University Ford for work that was ultimately covered under the warranty we purchased. We were told by Kodie that if diagnostics were ran and no problem was found, we would be responsible for diagnostic cost. However, if the problem was found and claim filed, we would not have to pay for the diagnostic fees. I have heard many horror stories about warranties so asked several clarifying questions regarding this. Initially they said the tech was unable to replicate the problem but my husband asked they check again because the problem was happening every time at start up. So, they checked again and the issue was found. This was on Thursday(9/4). We were told by Kodie that she had been too busy to file the claim that day, so on Friday (9/5) I called (multiple times before anyone answered) to ask about the warranty and about a rental claim. When I finally spoke to Kodie she said the claim was still processing. I asked about a rental claim and was told it “wasn’t processed far enough for that yet”, so I called the warranty company who told me that a claim had not even been filed yet. No record of a call in from the shop at all. I decided to give them the benefit of doubt and wait until Monday (9/8). On Monday, my husband gets a call from Kodie and was told they got the claim covered but we will owe for diagnostics. Based on what she had previously told us, I believed that once the claim processed we would not actually owe the $170 for diagnostics. We were told it would take a couple days to get parts and then a couple days for the work. On Friday (9/12) we called for an update and my husband finally spoke to Kodie who said it was not finished and would be sometime the following week. My husband called on Wednesday (9/17) to check progress and was told that our car was finished. Kodie stated she had called on Monday (9/15) but no answer and voicemail was full. No missed call from them on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. How long would we have been without our vehicle had my husband not called again asking for an update? At time of pick up we said we had questions about the diagnostic fees and were immediately met with a defensive attitude from Kodie, where she argued with us about what SHE had told us and tried to blame it on the warranty company attempting to make the shop look bad. She said she would have to go get her manager to discuss it further, so we agreed. I’m not sure of this guys name because he never introduced himself or bothered to ask us what was going on or how he could help us, but instead immediately went into defense mode, arguing with us infront of several other customers in the lobby, slapped the papers on the counter and said “You’ll pay the $170 or the car stays here”. There was no apology for the misunderstanding nor was there any attempt to make the situation even somewhat right. He said he has to “pay his techs somehow”. I explained that I have no problem paying for something that we are made aware of, but we were told by his employee that we would not be responsible for diagnostics if a claim was filed. It was never about whether it would be covered under the warranty. This manager is arrogant and is not customer friendly. He also told me “you got $4k worth of work for only $170” to which I replied “Yes, because I PAID for a warranty that covers it and PAID YOU for the work”. We ultimately paid, found our vehicle on the lot and will never do business here again. We got home and discovered greasy handprints (easy to see as the vehicle is white) on several areas of the car as well as scuffs and damage that were painted over with a paint pen. My dash cam was also removed from the windshield, unplugged and put in the passenger floorboard which I found to be strange. Being that I did not have a great interaction with the manager last night, followed by the damage found, I feel its important to leave this review so others can reconsider bringing their vehicles to this business for service or repair.

Called that morning and got us right in for an oil change that same morning. Got there and checked us right in! Waiting area was packed, as others were there before us. We only had to wait about 45 minutes. I was very surprised that the wait time wasn't longer. Very good service!

I love this place, they are pretty decent at keeping to a schedule, prices, and being consistent. I love working with Kodie specifically, she's my favorite rep there, and if you're not being a Daren or Karen, she will absolutely take care of you. People in this day and age are too impatient, don't read, and can't communicate without being confrontational. If you give that kind of energy, I feel like you should get it back, but Kodie is by far the most patient and giving there. You treat her right, she will go above and beyond for you.
