Awful service. Was on hold for 10 minutes, which I expect on a weekend. Gentleman answered again and asked me to hold. I asked if he could just confirm a part number was in stock, and his reply was “but we’re swamped”. This was followed by him disconnecting. Save yourself the trouble and hit up Advance Auto Parts, Auto Zone, or Napa.

Worst customer service. Employees were extremely rude, unaccommodating, and openly talked about how terrible their boss is using crude language in front of customers. No sense of professionalism whatsoever. Any other auto part store would probably be leaps and bounds ahead of the service you will get at this O'Reilly's.

This place is good. Kind of laid back, but attentive to customers needs. Had to rent a tool, didn't work. Although we got it back together without the tool. Got the deposit back, so really it was free to rent.

Christopher at the waterloo IA location was great from start to finish with customer service and overall attitude, patience, confidence, proffessionalism, light bulb installing, etc. Wish we had more people like you in customer service and in the world in general. Thanks for being you!!! There was a younger woman (and other employees) there didn't catch her name but she sounded very knowledgeable and experienced. Christopher was the one that assisted me with parts, installation etc though. Would recommend him at O'reillys any day. Some people tend to make a poor day or situation worse with bad attitudes. Thanks again Christopher for your kindness.

The worst costumer service I have received from a parts store. I explain to the guy my situation and what was going on with my vehicle. He told me to take it to a shop. I had the spark plug in my hand and said I would like to start with changing the spark plug. He told me they had lots of spark plugs. Instead of looking up the spark plug I had in front of him he asked what I needed it for. I went to another place that helped me fix my vehicle. I will never visit that store again.

Found what I needed quickly on my own. Staff could have been a little more welcoming n personable. 2 ppl doing nothing and not looking at customers waiting for service. A thank you would have brought me back next time. I'll go to different store next time.

I came into O'Reilly's on Washington St and the worker Emil "helped" me. He was very lazy and unprofessional. He was sighing and rolling his eyes as he was helping me. God forbid you ask him to do his job. I will not recommend anyone to go here.

Traveling through and my headlight burnt out. Aaron was great. Came out into the cold to figure out what bulb we needed. He then replaced it. He was very personable and friendly. We would definitely stop here again if needing parts.

Called to talk about buying a scanner, one of the employees told me to just use their scanner to save me some coin.This is rare for me,usually every time I ask an auto parts store to use the scanner they throw a fit thinking I'm going to yoink it. Then he proceeded to pull a brand new spark plug socket off the shelf so I could replace a fowled plug on my work van along with a ratchet and extension. They saved me from waiting a week or more for the shops to get me in. Great parts, great service.

First gave me wrong part. Didn't bother asking what transmission was in my truck. Then I went back and had to find the part myself the second time. After install I noticed the rubber boot of the seal was so warped it didn't keep contact with out put shaft. Also gave me wrong transmission mount.

Typical O'Reilly's. They have a good inventory but it is pricy. Staff at this location is not overly helpful or organized. You pretty much have to grab someone if you need help at the parts desk or to even check out.
