We went here Saturday morning to replace my car's battery and air filter. We were immediately greeted and offered assistance by a woman (both of us had memory lapses on her name, but she has a ring with a purple gemstone and long dark hair). She tested the battery just to make sure we did actually need to replace it, then retrieved the right battery (and air filter), walked us through warranty options--fairly standard things that would've been the norm for good customer service. She didn't stop there though: brought out all of the tools we'd need (including corrosion spray and protectant), recognized where we'd need assistance before being asked, and then stayed with us as we replaced it even when it started raining. First a drizzle, then a downpour, and all the while she was there helping. I only had a small umbrella, but another employee brought us a larger one of her own. And yes, they will recycle/take the old battery and cabin air filters. The only criticism we would've provided is that a longer awning would be nice for when it rains, but the owners of the building (O'Reilly rents it) are the ones blocking the addition. Absolutely exceptional service and we will definitely be back and follow this team when/if they move!

Hi I am a customer for several years of O'Reilly and this morning I experienced very poor customer service at this location 3600 North Main as I was paying there was a dispute with an elderly lady I'm not not sure if the employee name was Makenzie or Makenie but she's a female it's not the first time she's rude to a person or customer rather but this is ridiculous this lady was trying to get an $8.00 refund and that employee I mentioned was actually almost in her face she always has an attitude with her customers and when it comes to refunds or warranties she give a hard time with customer I am asking for someone to look into this matter ASAP

Took a heavy battery for replacement and asked for help was told no... then walking back in with the battery I had to hold the door open for a little old lady carrying something heavy in while there were plenty of ppl doing nothing sitting around I placed the battery on the floor bc I really couldn't reach the counter too well..(I'm 5 ft tall) he then said put it on the counter after he saw me struggling with it already... I said really ok... had poor service.. worst location I have ever been to. I always get great service in any other location I just expected better from them.

Staff is nice enough, sometimes on point, sometimes a bit… dim. I don’t like visiting this location because the store exterior smells of urine, the inside store smells like a dumpster. I actually briefly gagged walking inside the smell was so powerfully bad. The location is a homeless camp at night. They let vagrants drink and do whatever else just to the right of the front doors. If you can go to any other store location, the Main st one may be the one to avoid. It’s consistently disgusting.

Rarely do they not have a part I need for my truck, scooter, or lawn mower. Granted, the scooter and lawn mower mainly just need fresh oil and spark plugs. They've always been friendly and had quick service over the last 6 years. Call first to make sure they have the part you need to avoid an errant visit.

3-5-25 at around 11:25 am. I helped another customer find a part because the person working was unable to assist. The person working verbally accosted me for several minutes after the other customer left because they wanted to sale them a part that cost twice as much. He was unhinged and unethical. I am a commercial customer that has been purchasing for over 20 years, I will not be seen in oreillys again except for warranties.

Good location right off the North Fwy on N. Main St. The store is clean with good merchandise presentation. Sales associates were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I found the power steering pressue switch I needed at a very competitive price.

The cashier locked my wife in the store after she came in to buy some hub caps. He only opened the door after asking her if she took anything without paying. My wife’s a young black woman and he did not profile anyone else in the store which leads me to believe it was racially based. Keep in mind, we parked right out front the front door and my wife even sparked up a conversation with the guy to be friendly. Horrible service, please read the other reviews about the cashiers being super rude and avoid this location.
