★★★★★ Contrary to other reviews giving Payne's Automotive a low review, I would give it 7 stars if I could. I have been coming to this workshop for more than 10 years, bringing my three cars and 100% of the time, my cars never failed again with the same problem. For example, one of the first repairs done to one of my cars over 10 years ago was the A/C, and after all these years, my car never failed again from that. From the beginning I am always informed what the problem is and the cost for the repairs and what they tell me they are going to charge me, that is exactly what I have to pay. There are no hidden costs. What if it's a bit expensive? Well yes, the costs of certain repairs are not cheap, but they will always be lower than what I would pay at any dealership; moreover, there is no price for the courtesy and respect with which Dennis and Jason have always treated me. This workshop is run with honesty, integrity and trustworthiness. And no, I do not receive any kind of commission for giving this review. I am simply a satisfied customer with the work they do in this place.
