a crappy place, my wife took my Acura car to be repaired and they just left it useless, the mechanics recommended doing something to the car that was not necessary and they ruined the engine heads, then the mechanic was not responsible for what he told my wife to do, we took the car back to be fixed again and it was worse because now the engine is overheated and they turned on more lights than a Christmas tree, plus they ruined the battery and it was practically new, some because of the lack of mechanics there, plus they left the car very dirty inside, they are scumbags because they left it full of grease and they did not put any interest in it, because it was there for 3 months, if you want to throw away or give away money to scammers go to this place, or if you want to be left without a car go, because that is how they left mine useless because they do not know about mechanics and they do not take responsibility,

una porqueria de lugar, mi esposa llevo a reparar mi carro acura y solo lo dejaron inservible, los mecanicos le recomendaron hacer algo al carro que no era necesario y le arruinaron las cabezas del motor despues el mecanico no se hacia responsable de lo quenle dijo a mi esposa que hiciera, lo volvimos a llevar el carrompara que le arreglaran otra vez y quedo peor por que ahora el motor se calienta y le prendieron mas luces que aun arbol de navidad, ademas que hecharon a perder la bateria y era practicamente nueva, unas por queria de mecanicos ahi, ademas que dejaron el automovil muy sucio por dentro son unos marranos por que lo dekaron lleno de grasa y no le ponian interes, pues estuvo ahi por 3 meses,si quieren tirar o regalar dinero a estafadores recurran a este lugar, o si se quieren quedar sin carro vayan, por que asi me dejaron el mio inservible por que no saben de mecanica y no se hacen responsables los mecanicos ni el gerente

Took my 2017 Porsche Macan GTS to replace the passenger side lower control arms. Called the shop and notified them that my professional alignment shop noticed a cracked on the passenger steering knuckle making the suv pull to the right while driving. Not sure if these guys know about how to properly torque hardware into specs (according to the manual) and using proper tools. But seems like they over torqued the knuckle bolt more than 40nm putting more tension on the knuckle and cracked while driving it around on bumpy roads. Also noticed that a torque ratchet wasn’t being used. I would NOT recommend any type of foreign vehicle for any type of service here. Manager did not want to hear it and was saying I should’ve got it aligned after replacement. I believe all the bad reviews that are posted here. At least refund the money. Now have to purchase a new steering knuckle. No care for the customer.

I always take my Jaguar to the dealer. Franks service was integral and he even identified ways for me to save money. I have never gone to a mechanic shop because I was afraid of them being dishonest, but I will bring my car here if it ever needs service again. My car was fixed within 2 hours the same day( only because they had to wait for the part to arrive), it’s driving like brand new and he didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. Thank you for your honest service! I’ve already recommended them to others!!

Pulled up to get a state inspection. I have literally been sitting here for 15 min. The mechanics keep looking at me but not once have come to ask for my service request. The sign on the outside clearly states Employees Only, Do Not Enter. What happen to good service? If this is any indication on how your performance will be on servicing someone’s car, it’s a hard pass for me. Thanks but no thanks. Let me go somewhere where my business would be greeted and appreciated.

I would recommend Frank’s Automotive to anyone! As a single female, I dread having auto work done. But Jorge and Sergio made sure I was comfortable with the entire process. I had a vehicle that had been sitting and not driven for almost two years. They were patient with me as I asked all my questions. They were always respectful and professional. They explained all things in detail and took their time to ensure that all issues were resolved. They didn’t try to upsale me and their prices were more than reasonable.
