This store has been like magic for me. They somehow always either have the parts or tools I'm looking for or they can have them the very next day. On top of that, they seem to have a great collective knowledge on car problems and are usually willing to explain the process required to install most of the parts they sell. This is almost always my first stop when I have car problems.

I'd give fewer stars if I could. Been here twice and both times was helped by someone who doesn't know what they're doing. The first time, they broke off a piece of my headlight clip, and the second time I had to pry the answers I needed out of them like we were speaking two different languages entirely.

Greated upon entry. I found the item before the employee could assist, but the employee wasn't far behind as my BF asked about the item I was looking for. The employee was at the end of the aidle on my way out of the aisle he then questioned my bf if what I had was what we he needed. Although i didnt say it, i thought that was slightly rude and stereotypical. This female is not an idiot nor a novice. I'm a girl gear head, sorry bud, and yes, this is what I needed. Upon checkout he was on his cell phone the entire time we checked out l. I'm super happy I got what was needed, but i believe they would benefit from some customer service training.

No common sense. They don’t call or email you when your parts come in and don’t tell you pick up in 3 days or they send them back. Ordered parts at the store, was told they would arrive Thursday. No call back. I called to confirm the parts were in and told them I was coming in to get them next day. When I got there the parts had been sent back. They didn’t tell me the parts had come in on Wednesday. The manager should have a policy for notification. The salesman said they have no such policy. I’ve been a customer for 20 years and never had this happen. I will never shop at this location.

Bad experience, i just went to replace a battery under warranty for a new one, and the guy to took care of me wasn't doing his job and all was trying to avoid the change.... He hasn't good customer service 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Friend of mine's check engine light popped on and I recommend we go to O'Reilly's to get the code read. Asst. Manager was a very helpful young man and read the code for us and explained the likely cause and likely severity. Was a big help when we had to do more driving and needed to know the severity of the issue. O'Reilly's has always been helpful when I've had on the road issues

Didn't even get to the counter had 5 minutes (before having to meet an appointment ) to buy a product one employee was playing mechanic in the parking lot at least one other was back in the office and the guy at thw counter moving and talking like a snail. Very common for this location, many times ive waited long periods of time here just tobget to the counter. Slowest O'Reilly in the state i have no doubt.
