★☆☆☆☆ I went today to see if they could change a battery for my car and the guy who assisted me said he could not because he had to take parts off the car to change it. Since I don’t know much about cars it was normal to me I understood & left. I had told my dad about it and he told me to go to a different place and ask because he was sure they do change the battery & what the worker said to me was odd. I went to advanced auto parts right next door & the man who associated me checked my car and said yes he could. He said he would have to take a part out to put in the battery but that he can do it. Keep in mind the worker at advanced auto parts was much older than the young man at oreillys. I am extremely disappointed on your company workers oreilly! It seem to me that he was just lazy and didn’t want to do his job. You just lost a great customer & I’ll be sure to tell everyone about my bad experience with you guys.
