The only reason why I give a 3-star to this review is because the person helping me out did not care to ask what was my budget if the parts that I was looking for I wanted them to be cheap more less expensive or expensive known as original right off the bat he started giving me everything original went way over budget so be courteous enough to ask what is your budget before trying to give you a quote

I asked for O2 sensor bungs to weld onto a exhaust pipe. The individual helping me grabbed a 18mm O2 sensor socket and insisted that's what I needed

Very horrible experience! Bought a ignition coil from there . Turns out I didn’t need it . I go back the next day and they wouldn’t let me return it because it was used !??! I explained to them it never left the box . But they wouldn’t listen . I’ll never go back . I’m stuck with a brand new $70 part I don’t even need …..

I visit every auto-parts store in Edinburg regularly. This place is by far the best in terms of customer service. Their biggest fault is that sometimes they're so busy compared to other places, but I still normally get out pretty quickly. #1 O'reilly's on Monte Cristo #2 Autozone on Monte Cristo #3 AdvanceAuto on W University Every other spot I do my best to avoid.

Poor service. And not only that i was going to buy 54$ worth of items. I provided a 100$ bill and with no hesitation they say we dont got change, didnt even bother to look. Decided to drive to autozone near by.

I called this store asking to be helped by a male customer assistant for 2 reasons the one on the phone sounded female And the part I needed was in Spanish and they got offended and hang up the phone and this guy name Juan told me not ask for a male assistant because it was offensive wish I’m not going to baby anyone because I don’t see any problem asking for male assistant for faster service

Not happy, purchased a refurbished alternator for 650., only for it to be defective. I returned it for another one, and two days later, I'm having problems. I had O'Reilly check it, and it says it failed or basically needs to be replaced. I'm going to have to pay the mechanic twice. Two stars because at least I can return it with no hassle.

Terrible customer service!! Went to get a battery check after going n elsewhere i was told it was a bad battery so i go to oreillys because i knew the battery had warranty, they refused to switch out my battery because on their end it was showing nothing was wrong yet i showed them the indicator for battery was still on, all they could say was “i don’t know”. DEFINITELY won’t be returning! Absolutely ridiculous

This is my go to O'Reilly store, they usually have parts I need in stock. Very helpful sales people, knowledgeable and courteous. Store is always clean and nice atmosphere. I can never bring my side chick here, I do not need her knowing that I have auto mechanic skills.
