I recently came into this O'Reilly's since I was having difficulty installing my battery myself and was met with incredible customer service from Ken. He was very personable throughout the whole service and he even took the time to show me how to change it myself. I would definitely recommend this place, the employees are not only knowledgable but also kind.

Don't bring your kids into this store. It seems at least one of the employees gets annoyed with children. My seven year old son loves cars and was excited to visit this store. He was looking at the various steering wheel covers and was holding one and pretending to drive a car. The employee came over to us and asked me if I was planning on buying the steering wheel cover and I said "no" and then he grabbed it from my son and put it back. I can understand if my son was tearing it apart or something but he wasn't doing anything damaging and we were only going to be in the store a short time. The guy was very rude. This is the first time I've ever had a store employee be so rude to my son. I will never visit this store again. My Mom and I were planning on buying some car accessories so they definitely lost some business today.

Almost always have what I need and offer to check and ship from other locations if not over the phone. However, I usually have to go out of my way to ask for assistance or check out in person. Not sure if it's customary these days to keep treating women like we're in uncharted territory, but I believe there's room for a little improvement here.

I frequently need an auto parts store. I recently needed front end struts. They were not available in store and had to be ordered. They arrived on time. Unfortunately, there was a mixup with my order and I received 2 right struts instead of a left and a right. It left me without a vehicle. I let them know the following morning and they were able to get the correct part delivered within hours. Much appreciated.

I've been to this particular store more often than I care to admit. However, the staff has always been helpful in getting whatever I needed, and always did well with contacting me when my orders would arrive, or if I needed to return or exchange a part I ended up not needing. Not to mention I feel comfortable when it comes to walking up to the counter and having a normal conversation about what I'm working on briefly while we search for the parts, and they are quite knowledgeable each time I come in with an issue.

Ordered a throttle body gasket from Loveland store and it came smashed in the packaging folded, the dude working the counter pulls it out and says no its not cracked just to get home to find it cracked in every spot from it being folded and mistreated very irritated since this is the only one close and would have to wait till tomorrow for one to come from Denver worst store and service I have ever had!

Big Mike went above and beyond by not only helping me select the right new battery for my car when my old one died, but he also helped me remove the old one which had been bolted into my car with bolts of three different sizes by past mechanics. He purchased out of his own pocket the tools required to deal with my car's messed up hardware, replaced the battery, and was very kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I highly recommend this place, especially because of Big Mike and the work he does.

The battery I was sold previously was the incorrect one and he realized it, ordered a new one from a different store, and exchanged it for me. He explained everything very clearly and circled the new item number for my records. He was absolutely incredible and clearly cares about his job and how he serves people in this capacity. Thank you and I can't recommend this O'Reilly's enough based off this experience!
