I took my 2011 Toyota Venza in for Service, breaks and new tires. My car is running great just like it did when I drove it off the dealership in 2011. It’s just like brand new! Obi was prompt and very understanding when I brought the car to him a week late. He did everything he promised and did it well! I would highly recommend Ob’s Auto Service.

5 stars is too few for this business. Over the course of 5 weeks my family has used OB-S Auto for mechanical problems with our 2015 Rav 4 and body repair with our two other cars. Excellence is their goal with a superior job having been done on all three cars. It starts with Kathy, who takes all pertinent information and keeps you updated on the progress of your car. OB, the owner is very detailed oriented and doesn’t release your car until it meets his satisfaction. I can’t say enough about how happy we are with the end result. The place to go for auto problems.

I've been with OB auto repairs for almost 2 yrs and I have nothing but good things to say about the shop. I've had over 7 different auto shops over past 10 yrs but OB auto shop is my final stop. They are honest, professional and straight to the point. He will diagnose the proplem, come up with multiple options available and advise you based on his experience. Pls just listen to him carefully and work with him. He takes care of my car, my wife's car and now I'm telling anyone who is reading and will listen to me that trust OB with your vehicle. He does the right thing, price also competitive. OB and his team helped me get my first car and made the whole process a breeze. OB explained every step and exactly what I needed to do in order to get the car and he made sure every part of the vehicle was in working order. I feel like I got a fair price for a good car in really good shape for being an '03. I've been driving it daily and been on the highway with no problems. Before I bought the car I even asked OB what he thought might be the first thing that would need replacing and he gave me a rundown on what to expect and it's mainly minor maintenance, which for any car is to be expected nevermind one that's 19years old. Overall had a great and painless experience here and I'd reccomend coming here for any help you need. Thanks again to the team here for making my life easier.

Hands down the best Autobody / mechanical shop in Boston! OB worked with me and was able to schedule a time for my autobody work to be done while I was on vacation! I can’t say enough about this guy and the shop! Had a little dent on my side of my truck and you could never tell it happened! They cleaned my truck when it was done and diagnosed the things that need to be fixed mechanically in the future! Plus it was the less expensive option out of 5 other shops in the area! He was always polite and helpful when I asked questions! Will be going to this shop from now on! They have a great staff that completes the shop and their work! 5/5 WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

One word comes to mind when I think of OB, honor. This man is kind, a straight shooter and I could tell he had my best interest in heart as he worked with me. I brought my Subaru in because my clutch went on Friday the 13th (ahhhh). I asked around and my friend said that he was honest and reliable. OB gave me a price and started as soon as the parts came in. He aligned my vehicle for free and was honest about what the cheap fix was and what the right fix was. OB is now my mechanic and I would recommend him to everyone!! Great work and good prices!!

After Fantasia's closed down, we were dreading looking for a new mechanic and auto body shop. We decided to give OB's Auto a try and he continues to exceed our expectations. We drive our cars at least 10 years and OB is incredibly knowledgeable about various issues so we don't end up paying extra to replace things that are still in good working order. OB has helped us to navigate insurance claims, used car purchases, mechanical work, auto body repairs, detailing and more. When you listen to him speak to his customers, suppliers and employees, you can tell that he is honest, fair and that he cares about his customers. Kathy in the front office has many years of automotive service experience and is most helpful with scheduling and arranging pick ups after hours.

I was a long time customer of Fantasia’s and was happy to see that OB and his team took over this shop. They provided excellent service and quality for some repairs that included a control arm, brakes and rotors, air filter and oil change on my Nissan Rogue. OB explained every step to me and wanted to make sure that my car got everything it needed to stay on the road for miles to come. He went above and beyond to fix and clean up some things that had were old and needed a little TLC. The car looks and feels like new again. Looking forward to continue to do business with them. I’ve been working with OB for years. He’s an unbelievable mechanic and an even better person. His priorities are set straight towards keeping his customers happy and satisfied which makes is very easy to be loyal. Last time I dropped off my truck, he voluntarily vacuumed the interior and buffed all the lights. If that doesn’t show you he cares about his customers then I don’t know what does. I recommend everyone give him a shot, your car will definitely run better once he’s done with it.

The people at OB's are great, and the service is excellent. I recently had bodywork done on the entire right side of my car which got badly scratched. When the panels were replaced and painted, there was no way to tell that it was ever damaged. The work was done quickly, and my questions about progress of the repair were readily answered.
