They charge $60 for smog, told me to go run it for some miles and replace the fuel cap, when I got back the didn't wanted to complete the smog even or return the money

Decided to go to this place on the recommendation of the mechanic working on my RV. All I needed was a smog check and as soon as I arrived the lady at the counter was giving me attitude and the mechanics didn't even look at me. I still went ahead and told them to do the smog and come to find out they never even put my RV on the smog machine. So when i showed up to pick it up, the so called mecanic again wouldn't look me in the face and just said he couldn't do it. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Will half-ass fix your vehicle and charge you another diagnostic fee ($200). They made me wait months to get back in the shop. The lady behind the counter has a nasty attitude and bad customer service. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

My van's emission monitors don't reset well after losing battery power and that was the situation I was in. I called a bunch of local shops and they all kept telling me to keep driving it around when in the past that didn't work. The only thing that worked was OCM performing a drive cycle on their dynamo. So that's when I called them and explained the situation, and no questions asked or telling me to keep driving it, just bring it in and they'll handle it. Great customer service. They had the monitors ready and the van smogged in less than 6 hours on a Saturday, which surprised me. I hope I don't have to bring it in again, but if I do I won't even bother with the other places and go straight to OCM.
