I'm a frequent customer of Toscalito and transferred my service from Novato to here since i moved and i'm still receiving amazing and helpful service. One of the guys who used to work in the Novato store had moved to the Vallejo one. So i feel right at home.

Called to ask for a simple price quotes on tires, got interrogated about driving habits and what other prices I'd gotten. Just charge a dang price and be honest, not some weasley negotiating BS.

Staff was friendly. They got down to business, just like they should. Tire service technician missed the mark balancing my tires though. Crazy vibes starting after 60 mph. I'll get them rebalanced.

I've been going to Toscalito's for more than 25 years. They've changed personnel several time. So far, most of the mechanics I have met at the front desk have been very personable, and seem to know what they are talking about.

Had to replace a tire that was damaged and unrepairable during this lock-down time. The guys at Toscalito were helpful and very careful to keep their distance yet get the job done. Because I have all-wheel drive, I needed to get specific tires that were only available up in Reno and had to be shipped down here. When they got here, I came back and they installed them right away. Special kudo's to Craig, Pablo and Angel, who were friendIy and courteous. I will definitely make Toscalito my go-to place for tires in the future!

As always a professional staff as well as technicians..appointment at 1:00 for mileage service,had it back by 4:30,service was explained as to the quantity and quality of parts and fluids used,as this is my son's first new car I feel the car is in good hands....

It's a pity, I took my perfectly fine car to these guys and gave the front office guy Justine the impression I had multiple concerns he then orders and replaces a common valve, now my engine smokes and I was charged an arm a leg. I would not take my car to these thieves and recommend anyone who is considering taking there car to not.

I went in to replace a flat tire. I asked for a brake inspection as well to check the brakes. I went in by 9am. Bob told me that it would be done long before 5pm. They close at 5:30. He lied. I got my van back at 5:40. I had to reschedule an appointment and risk a fee for not showing up. They did good work, were polite as they could be, but it took way longer than estimated. And no apology.

Excellent service. Kevin and his crew really know what they are doing. They diagnosed and fixed my car in two days when it took another shop 3 weeks and they still couldn't fix it. I highly recommend these guys. Take your car there now.

I got a flat tire today and went to this nearest tire repair shop after I found the problem. The sales person assesses my tire and recommended replacement with a quote. I ended up drove my car to the car dealer to replace the tires as I want the replacement record to be kept in their system for potential resale. The Toscalito folks put no pressure on me and they nicely flated my flat tire so I can make my drive to the car dealer. Very professional, respectful and responsible. Thank you very much! I will use your service next time and recommend to my friends!

Fantastic!!! I have wheel locks on my rims and no key to remove them. Special locks not available... I tried at least 20 tire stores including Wheel works and other major tire stores. No one would help me. They all said " sorry we don't have a key for that and we can't help you. Toscalito said let's look and see if we can help. They didn't have a key but there manager said let me do some investigating and he came up with a key he could modify to fit the locks and now I can change my tire if I get a flat. They went out of there way help me. Thank you so much !!!! You earned my respect

I really like how they gave me a free courtesy inspection on my oil change. Plus I got a free tire rotation. Most shops charge for those two things. I like how they are honest and explain to me what is wrong with my vehicle. They even showed me I'm person the fault! Trust worthy people.

They moved out of our town and the next one is 20 miles out, when I initially got the tire service I requested to add the protection plan it was marked on my documents but not charged I guess, so when I actually had a flat I had to drive out of town on a flat just to be charged almost 100$ to fix the tire I paid over 800$ for my tires and told them I needed the protection plan coming to find out It never got added to the total. Not the best customer service overall

I came here twice to install tires, for two different vehicles. One was a lifted pick-up truck with oversized tires, the other one was just a normal car. While most places do small tires fine, they generally can't handle big off-road wheels well, especially in the Bay Area where most people drive smaller vehicles. These guys did a fine job on both vehicles. The truck took about an hour (I was also replacing the spare tire, so that's 5 wheels), the car was about half an hour. They have a spacious seating area and I was able to make myself coffee, pull out my laptop and just do some work while they were taking care of the wheels. I really admire how well they did with the truck. Those are some big tires and there is absolutely no vibration or anything. I drove there from Oakland and it was worth it. BTW, while I was waiting, I could see how they treat their customers: both in person and over the phone. They were professional, honest, no BS. Highly recommend this place.

This place has great service. I've been several times for standard maintenance work. They're super friendly and professional - family owned... Bathroom is clean. The lounge area is comfortable with free coffee. They even let me borrow a charging block when my phone battery was low and all I had was my cord from my car charger. I really appreciated that. You'll be well taken care of here.

I cannot say enough great things about Toscalito Tire! I called in when my brakes were making a grinding noise about 15 minutes before they closed. They said I could bring it in the next morning as soon as they opened at 7:30. Pablo was my service advisor and he was very communicative. He called as soon as they checked out my Tiguan and gave me the low down. I am a bad car owner and had not been doing regular maintenance. I needed new rear brakes, all 4 new tires, an oil change, and a wheel alignment. Pablo was fantastic about explaining the issues and why they needed to be urgently addressed. He had my car ready earlier than expected and I was able to pick it up after work. The prices they charge are fair and they did a phenomenal job. Thank you guys so much!! I will definitely be back!
