Gave the run around almost 2 weeks on the status of my call. My wife and I pretty much had to call nonstop to actually get status updates. The whole process was supposed to be 9 days but had my vehicle for almost an entire month. When I make arrangements to pick up my car when it's the day they said it would be finished then 30 minutes before I'm scheduled to pick my vehicle up they call saying that it's not going to be ready because they were waiting on a part at 12pm that never came. They told me that my vehicle will for sure be done this week after it had delays already. Nightmare of an experience; I will never come to this shop again once this is all over.

I honestly can't speak highly enough about this place. Unfortunately, I've been the victim of several rear endings, but each time, G & C has taken care of everything; from the rental car to communicating with my insurance and of course making absolutly sure everything is right with the car. Plus, the staff has always been very friendly and generally attentive. I highly recommend them.

My insurance suggested this place, and I’m glad they did! The staff was amazing! Everyone treated me like I was their sole customer. From the front desk to the billing department to the mechanics… I felt like a celebrity. They handled my ford like a Mercedes. From the comfortable waiting area with a fridge of beverages to the bays with custom personalized service beyond the extent of my damage… I felt like royalty. I will definitely be bringing back my cars because they made me feel like family.

I had only owned my car for three weeks when someone backed into it. My experience with G & C was seem less. They kept me informed every step of the way, and my car was finished two days early. The repair was perfection. You can't even tell that there was ever a scratch.

The staff were very friendly but I had to take my car back twice. After the second time it still wasn’t 100% so I had to take it to Toyota and pay more money than expected for repairs. It was a long road but I finally got my car 100% back to normal G&C was a big part of that .

These people charge my insurance 12200 for my 2018 Nissan Murano for one windshield and to paint for panels they completely destroyed my car which resulted in it being totaled by my insurance company . They also replaced all the parts of my car with used and broken parts my windshield is had to be replaced three times because of leeks.

Horrible auto shop! I only had a flat tire and broken window and it took over a month to get my vehicle back. However, when I finally got it back.. it was missing a rim cap, headliner had water damage, windows won’t defrost and the radio is damaged due to the water. Such an inconvenience to wait over 4 weeks to receive my vehicle and in this type of condition is unacceptable. I will never go back or recommend this company to anyone!
