i had to go back and forth 3 times and they couldnt fix my wheels they charged me everytime I even left my car there for weeks and the result is the same waste of money and time i couldve sold the car instead

So disappointed. I was charge over $220.00 to replace front brake pads ONLY. After doing some research, I found out I shouldn't have paid more than $120. I run I non profit and use my vehicle. I don't have money to waste. This place has 0 integrity and deserves 0 stars. If you are female and doing car business by yourself...avoid this crook.

BEST MECHANIC AROUND THE BENICIA/VALLEJO AREA!!! My whole family goes here, my grandma has been going here since his father owned the place. Great family owned shop, nice guu, reliable, honest, and does great work. Prices are always good and willing to work with you. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else but here !!!!

This mechanic was highly recommend by those in the area so I was surprised when I had a below average experience bringing both my cars here. It's overpriced and the owner doesn't work on the cars himself anymore. Disorganized, and doesn't care about you or the car. Rattles off the same story after every checkup. I asked for a full check and when I picked up my cars all he could tell me was that they replaced the air filters and the brakes were good. I went back for a transmission fluid replacement and when I drove away my engine sounded like a rock tumbler! I brought it back and they were poking around in my engine with a crowbar! Discovered that they had not fastened my battery and told me it was fine, but it was not the case. They continued to stab the crowbar in my car and yank on the radiator, roughhousing the poor thing until they realized they had broken one of my engine mounts!! They blamed it on wear and tear (which was partly true) but gave me no apology or small discount for failing to find what was wrong and breaking it! I took it home 2 days later and later it wouldn't start.... called them back and again they blamed it on wear and tear. I called AAA because Lew's also doesn't have a towing service or voucher for their cutomers especially the tows they caused. AAA said that it was the fuel pump that most likely was bumped durring the repairs. AAA also told me that many other people have issues with this mechanic. Sounds like he used to be good but is now stepping away from doing the work himself and letting people who don't know what they're doing do the repairs. I am bummed 😔

I am giving Lew a "1 Star rating" because I know people always read the bad ratings first. This guy runs a great business. He is honest and provides excellent service at very reasonable rates. He does much more than brakes. Check him out. You'll be glad you did.

I recently took my car in Friday October 4 dropped it off for about three hours to get both front rotors repaired when I’m picked up the car. The rotors were still grinding. I called Lew back to see what was going on. He told me I had to give it some time here comes Monday morning, October 7. My brakes are now squeaking again. I called him. He asked me what do you want me to do about it. I asked him can I bring the car back so he can look at it He got really unprofessional saying a doctor can give you a diagnosed, but doesn’t mean it’s gonna last forever. It’s only been a weekend None of the parts should be bad. I recommend if using this bake shop ladies please go with a male because he will try to get over on women you live in you learn but I will not be taking my business back to this place. I paid $204 for my front rotors and my car is still doing the exact same thing that I took it in there for.
