Redwood Auto Collision did an amazing job on my new-to-me 2023 SUV. It was a former rental car & had its share of dings & dents & scrapes. I called & Victor made the whole process so easy. I wanted my car to look almost new for me. Juan walked with me around the car & pointed out things that I didn't notice. They are now all gone! They also called me as soon as they received the replacement bumper cover so I could get the car in right away. I definitely recommend Redwood Auto Collision. I recently got my car worked on by this shop. My car had been at another body shop after an accident. They didnt do a good job. Years later, i decided to look for another shop, so I was a bit scared due to the fact that the shop didnt do a good job. Once I found Redwood Auto Collision from one of the employees, I decided to go and talk to the owner. As soon as I got there, Juan, was really attentive and helpful. We talked on what I wanted my car to look like. Which was back to the original paint color. Long story short, juan was really helpful and assuring of the whole process. My teenage son decided to challenge an 18 wheeler with my mini van and the whole front bumper was torn off. I got a referral to this shop from my usual mechanic in my city of residence to this shop which is about 38 miles away. This was claimed through insurance. I took a chance with them and they did an amazingly great job. They did it quick ; 2-3 days once parts arrived and even sent the car back to my city for pickup. Though the part were not originals. I was ok; it's an old car 2012 ; I just want to drive it to 300k+ miles Victor whom I worked with was cordial, polite and to the point.
