Wes, did a fender repair and refinishing on my 2022 Chevy Colorado. His knowledge and expertise in this process saved me lots of $$$$. He was recommended to me by one of his competitors, which says a lot for his great work on repairing and refinishing work. I was a claims adjuster for many years. Worked with body shops collision repair. I know what type of repairs exist today and are feasible depending on the damage that exists. The type that Wes did for me saves money and time and comes out looking Professionally done. Very pleased with his work. Recommend no matter your damage stop by get an estimate. Possibly save you money and a professionally done job. Photos don’t do the work justice. Very satisfied with end process.

I can’t say enough good things about Wes at Oconee Auto Refinishing and Body Shop. From start to finish, he went above and beyond—my car looks even better than I ever expected! I had prayed that God would lead me to the right place, and I truly believe He led me straight to Wes. I had just gotten this car, so I was pretty bummed when it got damaged and didn’t think I would be able to afford to fix the entire thing—just enough to cover the exposed metal. But Wes was very honest and let me know that while he could do that, it wouldn’t look very good. He made the full repair as affordable as possible, and I appreciated that so much. I brought my car in with a scratch and dent that started at the back of the driver side and ran through almost the entire rear driver side door, and now it looks just like it did before. What really stood out to me, beyond the incredible quality of his work, was the way Wes talked about his faith and the care he puts into every detail. He took the time to walk me through everything he planned to do. It wasn't just a repair—it was a true example of someone using their God-given gifts to serve others. We were referred to Oconee Auto Refinishing & Body Repair by Ethan at Athens Auto Spa. I drove over and met with Wes to discuss our needs. He was both personable and professional. He looked at the small dings and scratches on the tailgate of my wife's Volvo and said he could take care of it. We made an appointment for Monday at 9:30, and they jumped right on it. I was looking for a very good paint job for reasonable price. I had been quoted up $8,000 and didn’t feel good about the shops. Oconee Auto Refinishing was recommended by my muffler shop. After discussing what I wanted with Wes, I knew this was the right place. He listened and the price was reasonable. During the job I could check on the progress with no hassle. Once I seen the final job all I can say is WOW!! Attention to detail was very good and was done as I directed. Everyone there was nice and very helpful. My vehicle, 1994 Landcruiser, was shedding like crazy. Almost all of the clearcoat was gone from roof and hood as well as the fenders in addition to rust pockets forming on the roof. I saw Oconee Auto had a great rating and came in to inquire about service. Spoke to Mason who went through everything in detail and answered all the questions I had. The price was about 1/2 of what I was expecting which was a welcome surprise. I jumped on the service right then. I spoke to Mason after then about changing or adding services/colors and he was very quick to respond. Throughout my waiting I didn't want to go back because I wanted to be surprised. And I was, the project was done almost a week before I was expecting and when I pulled up I was blown away at how great my vehicle looked. Attached images show the before (dark green) and after (blue). I took off the fender flares and other parts to replace the seal and Mason and I agreed that I'll replace those pieces, which were repainted. Overall I can't recommend Oconee painting, as well as Mason, enough. That team over there was just outstanding from start to finish. Great job!!
