I am a college student who is trying to take care of a BMW and when several things went wrong, Ed worked with me and got my car back to running smoothly. I'm extremely grateful and would 100% recommend.

Seriously the best. I took my BMW to several different places and no one could get it running. I have had no problem since I took it here.

The mechanics were not only very professional but genuinely polite friendly and knowledgeable about how they service your vehicle. And explain to me what the cost would be in advance.I would recommend them to anyone having problems with their vehicle. Very nice guys

Bad. The search goes on for a decent mechanic in the OKC area that can work on my '87 Westy. Another auto mech. in Norman recommended I take my van to Off Campus and I've been regretting it ever since. Had a radiator fan installed and was told they couldn't guarantee the part b/c I had purch. it. Though there is only one place to purchase this part in the country, I understood that. What I didn't know was that their work was not guaranteed either. He also checked out a flashing temp gauge light. He said he topped off the main coolant reservoir and checked everything for leaks. They seemed to install the fan motor okay, but when I returned to the shop to check on it, for no reason at all I was yelled at by his employee. Boy was this ever an angry at the world sob! I let the guy know that I wasn't to be treated that way, and I was told not to expect his customary test drive and that if I had any problems don't bother coming back to him. I've never had a mechanic not stand by his work until this year, and now this is the 2nd one. Wouldn't you know it, I got a little ways down the road (to visit fam. in Florida) and the coolant began to leak again. This time I had it looked at by a much more competent mechanic I found on the road in Miss., who immediately found a badly leaking radiator hose. An obvious problem to miss if you're even halfway competent. Avoid at all costs.

I called him to ask if they can fix an oil leak I had in my 2005 BMW 530i and one of the owners answered the phone with a bad attitude as if I was an inconvenience for calling him? He proceeded to mock me over the phone when I asked for an estimate that he could not provide because “I have to bring in the car in person but can’t bring it in today”. I didn’t even get to make an appointment or even get an estimate due to him being unprofessional, rude and just disrespectful. I know my English isn’t the best but that shouldn’t be the reason why I can’t even get good customer service. DO NOT GO HERE. You’ll be wasting your time and money.

Even when working on something he finds problematic, Ed and Charlie make SURE that your vehicle is running as it should, whatever it takes. ... It DOES behoove you to ask him to call if the service goes beyond what you agreed to however, as I think Ed’s policy is to get your vehicle to 100%—period, & if you’re on a budget, you need to work it out with him in advance to avoid a shock. That said, I trust ALL my cars to Ed, & send him work whenever possible!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. They let me see the exact problem before making repairs and were very reasonable in pricing, even coming in under the estimate. As a professional diesel mechanic, I can tell when a car mechanic is the genuine article, or just blowing smoke. These guys are the genuine article. My new "go to" car mechanics.

I've been going to Ed for 35 years. He can fix anything, and if it isn't worth fixing he'll let you know. He's the best mechanic I've ever known and I'd trust him completely. Had an old Volvo I took to him; he told me what was wrong with it, told me what it would cost to fix it, then said, "But I couldn't guarantee the results. It's time to get rid of it." And that's what we did.

Ed and Billy got my 1965 VW bug up and running again. I would recommend them to anyone. Ed was always transparent, straight forward and honest about every aspect of bringing the old bug back to life. They did excellent work and I will be back. Thank you Ed and Billy!

Ed was my father's mechanic as far back as I can remember, keeping his beloved '66 Volkswagon Bug running until my father passed in '98. Now, Ed is the only person I would trust to work on my cars. He is as honest as they come and has done great work on any engine I have ever brought him.

Ed the owner and Billy his right hand man are a great team! I would highly recommend this local shop to anybody. Ed is honest, straightforward and very knowledgeable about all makes and models of cars! He's a straight shooter which I appreciate and my second car is running like new after he tuned it up!

This is one of those places that they diagnose and repair based on actual experience. Its almost impossible to find that these days. Everyone else is “certified” in connecting a computer and only doing what it says. Not this place. These guys know a thing or two because they’ve seen a thing or two. He tells you like it is too, which I greatly appreciate. Highly recommend.

Ed not only looked over my Volkswagen EOS, he also took it on a test drive, then advised me of needed repairs. I appreciate that he told me that even though my brakes sound bad, I could wait awhile on that one. I wish I had found this honest and knowledgeable mechanic a long time ago!
