Damaged more parts on my car then I brought in to be fixed. The already replaced and new front emblem was cracked internally, causing it to fade in color. Interior damage to cup holder cover. Damaged the air conditioner, working without issues prior to repairs. Was told car is old and to expect damages to occur during repairs.

I used Landers Collision because I purchased my car from Landers in Norman. They never once contacted me regarding an update on my car but the front desk lady always seems annoyed when you call. They also ask when you would like to be contact and via what method. Which is pointless because they do not contact you. I never actually spoke with the estimator or designated person for the progressive claims and couldn’t even tell you the persons name. I left my sun visor in the front seat so it could be used. That didn’t happen and one of my air fresheners melted all over my vent. I won’t be using Landers Collision again and I do not recommend them.

Have a very special color on my Kia (surf blue). Not only did they fix the damage they matched the color exactly. Did such a good job you would think it came from the dealer when I took possession of it after the repair. It is recommended by State Farms and for a very good reason.

My go-to for any collision damage. Four times in one year (I have kids with cars)! Luckily nobody was hurt in any of our car crashes, but the stress is still a lot to carry and Landers Collision eased that every time! Great service, experienced staff, good communication, fair prices, and flawless repairs. I’ve been extremely satisfied with service at Landers Collision!

After keeping our car for most of a month to do 2 days worth of work (what the insurance company "allows") knowing that we did not have another car or a rental car, they call us at 3:30 pm on the day it is supposed to be done to tell us that a freak accident has occurred and miraculously broken that same glass that they were repairing. Because someone has been staying with us from out of town to help us out while we didn't have a car, we asked for a rental car which would be the least they could do. Turns out they could do less, 150 off of our deductible which, considering the thousands of dollars they got for the job is nothing,and not even enough to rent a car for the supposed additional three days that someone will now have to stay with us. I realize they get paid for each day the car is under their roof, but even being told up front that we did not have another car, did not mitigate this. If that's how long it takes to get paperwork in, then they don't need our car until the paperwork comes in. This whole scenario leaves the car-owner coming in last every time.

For three months we’ve been promised our car back, given a date it will be ready, not heard anything, and then we call they say something came up. Some of this may be out of their control (paperwork from the insurance company, etc.) but communication isn’t. We signed up for weekly updates and never received a single one. When you call the office, it’s about 50/50 if you’ll be able to reach your estimator, and we rarely received a call back if we left a message. Truly a frustrating experience.

I recently had to take my 2012 Chrysler Town and County to Lander's Collision to have my car repaired. Hayden was very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. I appreciated his explanation of exactly what would be needed and how the repairs would be performed. When I went to pick up my van, I was amazed at how it looked. The paint job was immaculate and matched perfectly. The repairs were flawless and the inside of my van was cleaned and looked great. I would highly recommend Lander's Collision. I brought my vehicle in for hail damage repair and almost 2 weeks went by before all the parts were received. In other words, I could’ve been driving the vehicle that entire time and not using up limited days of car rental. Once finished, I picked up the vehicle immediately and the dropped off my rental. Unfortunately (for me), they lied 🤥 and closed invoice approximately 2 weeks before I was told I could pick up my vehicle. So, when I returned the car, I had to pay around $1200 for the rental (a discounted price because they felt bad). Moreover, my wife dropped my vehicle off and unfortunately my wallet was in the center console. By the time I realized it and made it to their repair shop (hours later), one of their employees had already rummaged through my wallet and stolen $100. They said they would “investigate,” which is essentially do nothing. Anyway, almost a year later, I realize the trim around my headlight is about to fall off. Why? Because they didn’t attach the thing correctly. So, now I’m out another $200+ for labor. Never mind the stains in the headliner which were never there prior to dropping the vehicle off. They did remove some of their coffee stains, but I missed the headliner over the back seat, so now I’ll pay more $ to clean it up. Bottom line, I would STRONGLY encourage you to find a body shop with better reviews. This was my own fault for not investigating prior to having my vehicle worked on. I have a fantastic relationship with Lander’s Chevrolet and they always take care of me. However, this body shop, albeit same name, is NOT associated with the dealership. You absolutely WILL NOT receive the same treatment as you do at the dealership. Attached is a photo of the stains. This truck had zero stains prior to taking it in.

Vehicle was rear-ended and taken to landers. My trunk is damaged and they say it's OK and was made like that!!! Lol They glued my bumper back on. Glue running on side of car and now it is coming apart!! Steve is the manager and doesn't have a clue about the poor workmanship there. My trunk leaks and he says car was made like that!! I have taken the vehicle to other places for them to look at it and they say your trunk is messed up and side of car also. My doors don't even linè up..DO NOT GO HERE!! But they will take your money!!!!!!

They fixed my car due to an accident in 2023. Once they completed repairs they told me lifetime warranty guaranteed. 14 months later, paint started chipping on the side that was repaired and they refused to honor their warranty statement.

We've had the pleasure of using Landers Collision & Glass of Norman twice and both times these folks have been absolutely amazing! Every member of their staff was friendly and provided us with timely updates. We were leaving to go on vacation so they got us in quickly and not only assessed our car but were able to get the repairs done before we returned saving us rental fees.
