I had some copies of my home prints being built made here! They’re quick and I even got it on blueprint paper! 24” x 36” size. I bought a Zip drive in with pdf files and he was quick. Found out I could have ordered online and just do a pickup of them. Try them, the prices are pretty good too. 🤗

I have been faithfully using this store for my business's print needs for years and have been a loyal, frequent customer, but with the change in staff I've really seen a decline in their quality of service over the last year and today was the last straw. I will no longer bring my business here. I had paid a previous print manager for the service to format my labels and today when I went to pick up my print job they said they were formatted incorrectly and recharged me for the service to reformat them again. The fact that they don't stand behind their original work and pass their own mistakes onto the customer to pay for is a deal breaker for me and I will be spreading my dissatisfaction with this store now to anyone will listen. The new general manager was all too happy to say if I hadn't paid for the service in the last seven months during his time at the store, then I was out of luck. I will be in business longer than any of these yahoos will be working there (I know because I seen a ton of turnover) and he just successfully soured me on the entire Office Max / Depot brand for life.

Order received was a used cheaper model of what was ordered.
It appears customers can return something different than what the box depicts, and the employees don't check or question it, then resell it as new. After picking up my order and driving home, I opened the box to find an old used product that was a lower cost product. I returned to the store and addressed this with the manager. I did get a replacement, but this issue could have been easily avoided if the store employees did their job!
If you're planning a online order pickup, you may need to make (2) trips to the store before you get what you actually ordered.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with our visit to purchase a printer on January 3rd, 2024. Assistant Manager Josh attended to us, and I have to say, he has exceptional customer service skills! We were impressed with his pleasant and kind demeanor, his obvious knowledge of printers and willingness to go the extra mile in finding the information that was not at first readily available. He even memorized prices as he compared two different printers and was able to recall the costs easily later, which helped us in our decision making! I have never observed a sales person do that before. Josh was patient and professional and even carried our heavy printer (yes, of course we ended up buying!!) out to our car. What an impressive young man and a true asset to Office Depot/ Office Max! Great job in hiring him to represent your company.

Came in after work to pick up a few shipping items that I couldn't find anywhere else. Staff there was super friendly when I walked in and when checking out and spending a few minutes trying to get a price code to work, associate Dom could not have been nicer after apologizing and thanking me for my patience. All staff was great as soon as I came in with my toddler in a stroller. They checked on us without being overbearing. And Eric who checked us out was super genuine and kind. Thanks for the great service. It will have us coming back. Also, to add, I would have followed up with the survey on the receipt but I got it in an email and it was too pixilated to read the code. Otherwise, I would have.

I have to write a review about a young man named Dom, who works at the OfficeMax on Millplain in vancouver. I had bought the wrong ink cartridge on Amazon and I was in a hurry to print something. So I went to Office Max and told him about my problem and he quickly got me what I needed and offered me an excellent discount on some paper as well. Very pleasant. Very professional. A great representative for the store.

This is a great place when you need to print something quickly and cheap. The store is always really quiet and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have quality items at really good costs. The cost of back to school items here seem to be some of the lowest I have seen from bigger department stores.

Got what I needed but it is ungodly bright in here. My eyes immediately felt strained as soon as I walked in. Hope I don’t get a headache. If you have migraines or sensory issues I would go elsewhere. I feel bad for the employees they must really suffer from headaches. Some of these lights are even double stacked. There is also a dark black ring in the toilet there. I’ll spare the photo. Hopefully just a stain that could be removed by pumice but could be mold.

This location was amazing, specifically the printer tech Hannah. My fathers funeral is in a few days, my sister and I have been freaking out trying to get a lot done. We had a hefty list for Hannah to get done at 630pm on a Wednesday. Not only was Hannah incredibly knowledgeable, she was so attentive, and kind, spending almost an hour helping me out and getting everything done that needed done that same night. She was so kind, quick, and so careful with such old photos. When I had finished and was getting in my car Hannah came running out to give me two picture I left behind in a copy machine. These were incredibly old photos that we do not want to loose. I cant say enough good things about Hannah as she has made this difficult time so so so much easier. Thank you thank you Thank you.
