Absoltuly redicoulsy! Ive been in a lot of shops in chicago and never have seen something more filthy in my pathetic life. I saw a rat scurry across the shop and the workers didnt do anything. Not to mention it smelled so vile and it was so dirty I had to hop over literal garbage. Why are there so many brocen chairs everywhere with no covers. Is this a junk yard or a body shop?

Absolutely horrible customer service. Sinked over 3 grand into an older vehicle. Didn’t have as much problem before I came to this place. They charged me 67$ just to say there’s a leakage. Do not recommend.

ı have bring my car for left light problem they said its needs to be replace a new one and to do that bumper is gona be take off and after that light will be replace ı was all good until that. they said there will be 260$ labor cost (left light is 70$) its very very expensive and there is not that much thing to do. after ı bring the car home back ı just take off the bulb in the light and put it back after that all problem has been solved. (they took 50$ for detect the problem in the light it was 20 minutes of job). all ım saying is stay away from this place they dont trying to fix your car they just trying to make much money as they can make on you.

So I dropped my car off with them yesterday and they said they would call me back to let me know the diagnosis and a price estimate. So why did I have to call back today to have Paul tell me he don’t know what’s wrong with car for sure but he’s estimated it to be an electrical issue around $650. I call another mechanic and ask about the price for this alleged issue and he says he thinks the price is high. I call back literally 12 minutes later to tell them I want to get a second opinion and take my car somewhere else and now they said my car is already fixed and I have to pay the $650🫢😮. The manager was very nice but he offered no solution even after acknowledging it was his fault for not calling to notify me personally. I WILL NEVER EVER BRING MY CAR BACK and this is my second service but I really feel like they played in my face and are not apologetic I do not recommend.

Ogden Automotive to the rescue!!! My front brakes and caliper went out on my suv. Took it to Pepboys around the corner and let’s just say they were trying to hit me over the head. Looked up some shops in the area and their reviews. I choose Ogden Automotive for the win. Spoke to a gentleman named Andy and he was awesome. Didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of at All. Price was affordable and service was done in a timely fashion. I’d recommend this shop to everyone especially women because they won’t try to play with your intelligence.
