Response: 160 locations approved of the tip option? Ok ill give you that, but then give us a QR code on our receipt and stop shoving the tip tablet in my face. If I feel good, Ill scan the QR and tip. "Mr. Customer, if you loved our service, scan the code if youd like to leave a tip" Youre welcome. ------ I tipped for full service, got lip service. Not cool. Tipped for trust, wont tip again. In fact, take that tip off option off. Its distasteful.

Went to get an oil change. The guys were nice ,polite and friendly. 09/17 I was in and out after they changed the oil and cleaner, they also did an expection on vehicle, aired my tires, cleaned the windshield and gave me a list of what would need to be addressed, offered to repair what they could. I did not have time to address the issues at the time. Will take care of them next week. Thanks!

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Oil Changers. The receipt checklist claims a full suite of inspections—battery, air filter, belts, lights, wiper blades, fluid levels, under‑hood and under‑vehicle checks—but none of it was actually done. They only changed the oil and briefly checked tire pressure, then rushed me out the door. When I pointed this out and turned back around, the staff insisted everything was done—despite the fact I sat in my car the whole time and witnessed none of it. I even have dash cam footage proving they didn’t perform the checklist, but they refused to acknowledge any mistake, dismissed me, and refused to return to verify. This is far from a “Drive Thru. Drive Happy” service—it’s misleading advertising. I paid for a full service and got bare minimal oil change—no fluids topped, no inspections, no explanations. It feels like they simply checked boxes on my receipt to cover their tracks. I have dash cam footage showing no one checked anything but oil and tire pressure. Customer service offered no correction, no apology, and no accountability. Save your time and money—go to a trusted, independent mechanic who actually performs what they charge for. I wish there was a option to give 0 stars

A big shout out to Jeremiah, Jason and Giovanni for such a wonderful job. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to interact with. Jeremiah taught me a couple things in settings that are super helpful but even Ford had never shown me! I deeply appreciate being treated with respect and warmth and seeing a job well done!
