Beware! I went to get a tire on my son's truck and their dog Chico attacked me left my face super bloody and a concussion and they were yelling at me like it was my fault.. oh and they don't carry liability insurance.

I asked if he could match other used tire prices in Escondido. I found $40 and $45 I. Town and here guys want $50! I asked if he could match and he hung up on me. I called back and he said "he hung up because he doesn't like hearing customers crying about prices."

It is unbelievable this place charges $20.00 for uninstalling a rim to and installs it in another tire. I would have been charged less than that at a franchised shop and I’m not even patching the tire. While standing here another customer complained about incorrect prices being quoted and left fuming. I would suggest customers or people seeing this not to stop by or you would regret it.

The only reason they have 1star is because you have to give at least 1 or else it would have been in the negative I waited 20 minutes they said they had the right tire size then the one that they brought out was the wrong size and they wanted 80 Bucks for a used tire. Worst place to go if you need a used tire go to champion tires in spring valley hands down best tire shop and super friendly

Went to get 2 tires. Seems like they wanted to service everyone together. Waited about 1 hour for them to change the tires on my car. Workers here are lazy and they don’t consider time at all. Went to the olive tire shop in Oceanside they got me taken care of within 15 mins. This is unacceptable.

Sam at Escondido Tire Shop was cool offered me a excellent used tire at a great price the tire was so good I asked for two he only had one in my size but called his other shop and they brought at tire over with in 10 minutes. Fast service, and good quality is A1 in my book.

I came to this business and brought 2 brand new tires with me to get switched out with my old tires. When they took my tires back to swith them with my new tires they brought out a different model and tires that clearly had scratches and marks from used. When we asked about our tires they denied that we had brought "new" tired and that those were the tires we brought in. They switch them out inside of their shop while you wait outside so you can't really see what happens back there. We even asked other people and they agreed that the tires looked used. Then they tried to gaslight us by saying they were actually "new" looking tires and that if we wash them they'll look new again. If you go and bring your own tires, make sure to take a photo of them and double check that they placed the same tires because we made the mistake of not taking photos before hand to prove that the model was different.

Olive tire shop is what you need in your life. You blow a tire. New tires are expensive and now the wear will be uneven. Olive has used tires every shape and size. As a contractor this is awesome. As a Dad this awesome, kid slams a curb at Mach 1 I can replace it with a $50 used tired. Instead of a $165 new tire.

update: i guess these guys were moving too fast. they did a plug instead of a patch and the repair started leaking 2 weeks later. i returned to the shop and the guy pretty much just blew me off. i was really disappointed. i went to another tire shop that was willing to do a more thorough patch job for the same price. i will review that other place and see if their repair holds better, but i think it will, based on the fact that i could see their entire process. i should have known this place would be trouble when i had to convince them that there was indeed a leak the first time. but i figured that as long as it got fixed, i didn't care if the attitudes weren't perfect. bad tire repairs are very serious and can cause crazy damage to property and people. i hope these guys get it together, but they'll have to practice on cars other than mine.
