If I could give negative stars I would!!! Highly unprofessional yelling and threatening my husband due to lack of communication on the owners part. Make sure you get things in writing. Tried to change the price of a buff job after quoting a different price at first meeting. We arent scammers we arent looking for handouts and we most definitely didn't need to have it done. He quoted my husband $100 and then when we went to pick up the car ,he tried to tell my husband it was $400 more. we would have gone else where or just waited to have the car wrapped had he said $500 dollars from the get go!!! Was the job done yes but you dont yell at a paying customer because of your error, and then act all forgetful when called out!!!! Wont be recommending to any of our car groups, or anyone for that matter.

This is a GREAT body shop. The owner Chad Hinton has decades of bodywork and paint experience. His detailing and polishing skills are also second to none! There's lots of other services that can be done here as well! I just had tires installed and an alignment check done. Turns out an alignment was not needed and therefore no unnecessary work was done. That's the honest service we all expect but sadly don't always receive! Whatever you need, give them a call. Chad and his staff will help with any needs or provide a solid reliable referral for things they don't accommodate. Before you go elsewhere, let ON THE GO AUTOBODY be your first stop.

Honest guy and honest pricing. Few months ago had a tree fell on my car and they fixed it. Before that I went to several bodyshops in CU and On the GO had the most affordable price. Owner was super honest about everything and seemed like a really nice guy. Everyone in the car industry tries to rip you off but if you talk to the owner you will see he is one of the rare ones. I also asked for several more things and he had no intention to upsale or sell me unnecssary services when other places will not only do it but upcharge for other BS. I actually eneded up not doing all of them. But, if i need to i will go back to him. Really honest guy Thanks! -JK

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but this experience was so unpleasant that I feel it’s important to share. From the very beginning, the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism from the owner, Chad, was beyond disappointing. Before even visiting the shop, I called ahead to ask a few simple questions and set up a time to stop by for a quote. Chad was immediately short, dismissive, and had a rude tone over the phone. It almost felt like I was inconveniencing him just by calling to ask about his services. Still, I decided to give the place a chance and visit in person. When I arrived, things only got worse. Chad was on the phone when we walked in, which would’ve been fine if he had at least acknowledged us or said he’d be right with us. Instead, he completely ignored us for close to 10 minutes, continuing his conversation without so much as a nod or greeting. When he finally hung up, he didn’t apologize for the wait or greet us properly. His tone was cocky, cold, and disrespectful from the start. As we went outside to inspect the vehicle for a quote, he remained rude, condescending, and unnecessarily insulting, making the whole interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. I’m sure this shop does quality work — their other reviews seem to reflect that — but the level of customer service and basic respect needs serious improvement. Professionalism isn’t just about skill; it’s also about how you treat people, and that part was completely missing here. I left without even wanting a quote and won’t be returning. If you value courtesy, communication, and respect, I’d strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
