I’m in need of both an oil change and a tire rotation. Their website listed that this shop does tire rotations. I called first to verify that they actually do this and if I needed an appointment. An answering system takes your call and you have to dial “3” to talk to someone. The person that answered sounded like he wasn’t even at this shop location. Honestly, he sounded like he was working from his home or something. He didn’t even know first hand if they offered the tire rotation service and had to reference something to give me an answer. He finally told me that they don’t rotate tires there. I explained to him that their website listed that they do tire rotations and kindly said I’ll have to find somewhere else to go. I really miss the old Triple-T shop when I could stop in and get everything I needed done. Getting your tires rotated is just as essential as an oil change. Beyond an expensive oil change this new shop has no other services that I would take my automobiles in for.
