Completely over priced. They mark up your parts cost 500% (yes a $90 part was quoted to me at $491) with astronomical labor rates. A job that Car X quoted for 900 dollars was done for less than half that by another auto repair shop. This is not ok…

I set an appointment for 11:30, they didn’t start on my car until 12:40 and then told me it would be an hour even more of a wait. Do not come here if you don’t want to spent at least 2 hours in the place.

Why would you ever trust CarX with your truck or Car! They have absolutely no idea what there doing. Amateurs! If you need tires go to tire barn! Maybe they can change your oil. Maybe? They can’t diagnose most problems.
