First, scheduling with Eric was easy. I had ASAP needs and we were able to book a next day appointment which was great. Theron did his work yesterday and he was so thoughtful, professional, thorough and respectful throughout the whole detailing process. My car smells great now. Updated: Eric finally contacted me. Apparently, he was not alerted about the VMs and texts I sent him, so he is investigating. He issued a partial refund and came out to clean the exhaust tips as promised. I would have given 5 stars however based on the communication issues I had to take off 1 star. In the end they did a good job and I'm happy with the results. I contacted Opulence to detail my Porsche Boxster. I received an email quote for the full detail - Signature of $300 plus tax. I got a call the same day asking if I had questions. I said since my car is mid-engine, a steam cleaning of the engine would not be possible so instead could I have the exhaust tips cleaned. I was told no problem they would do that instead. The crew arrived Monday at the appointed time and completed the job. After they left I saw the exhaust tips were not cleaned and I called with my concern. Obviously, the promised substitution was not communicated to the detailing crew. I expected an apology and either a return visit to complete the job or a partial refund. I also received no receipt for the work (hard copy or email). The phone number goes straight to voicemail with instructions that if urgent to leave a VM or send a text. I've since left 2 voicemails and 3 texts with no reply. I had intended on having them back to detail another car but will look elsewhere for my detailing needs. If you have problems or concerns with their work they will not respond.

I’ve been using Opulence now for a few years. They come to my home to detail my car, which is very convenient! They are a delight to work with and they do excellent work. I have 2 large dogs and 3 rows of seats in my car. It gets very dirty inside and out with sand, mud, dirt, dog hair, dust, etc. They take the time to be sure that every detail is tended to. My car looks practically brand new when they’re done. I highly recommend them!

Eric and David did the BEST job. I had a 911 emergency where I needed them to come out and clean my car. Eric planned to be out for the next day. I spilled old oil in my car and it got in the carpet of my car. They got it out and detailed my whole car on top of it. AMAZING WORK, my car feels brand new.

Opulence was great. They squeezed me in last minute (Thank Goodness!🙏) and were able to come to my residence at the end of their day. I panicked my new car would never be the same!My puppy got sick twice, and they were able to get almost all of the vomit out! There was one spot that was missed due to low light. They came out the next evening and cleaned it up perfectly! Excellent communication is always appreciated, and Opulence is great at keeping updates about arrivals 😇 We will be using them in the future

This is the 3rd time I've used Opulence. They came out last summer to wash and wax my 43' 5th wheel. The guys were on time, friendly, professional & patient with me. They worked very hard! Later, I booked them to detail my car. A girl came out & to be honest, my first thought was "A girl? All by herself"? Huh!!! I misjudged! She was AWESOME! She worked her rear end off. And she was so friendly and professional. Both my 5th wheel and my car were beautiful! So I rebooked for the 5th wheel this summer. Once again, on time, great communication and very friendly, kind, professional guys! Once again, they were patient with me and my concerns and did a beautiful job! They are coming back to do my car next week! I would not hesitate to hire them for any job!

I work for a real estate team that had been purchasing mobile details in bulk to gift to our clients. I even received one myself as a birthday gift, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The detailer was two hours late to my appointment and I had to text an hour into waiting just to even get an update. When the car was finally done, there was still visible dust on my dashboard and it did not feel like a proper detail at all, more like a quick basic clean. Later I gifted a detail to one of my own clients. Even though my team had already pre-approved the location with Eric, my client was later told their area was not serviced. Since then I have tried to reach out to Eric to resolve this and have not been able to get any response. This company has shown itself to be unreliable, unprofessional, and completely unresponsive. I strongly warn others against using them.

We are very happy with the detailing on our truck. It looks so nice inside and out. I think the roof was neglected because it isn’t as shiny or smooth as the rest of it. We were told they would be sending two people but only one showed up which possibly could have made that part easier. Overall we are very pleased with the condition, scheduling, and the hard work she put into it. Also a bonus that they came to our house.
