My favorite hardware store in the valley. Their prices and selection are comparable, even better on occasionally, than the big box stores. The helpful, knowledgeable staff are what really set them apart in my opinion.

Best True Value store in Grand Junction. They always greet me with a Hello when I walk in the door. Staff is always trying to help you find what you need. Store has most of what I need for my little tinkering projects.

This is one of the best store to shop. Yes there are big box stores but they are local. Yes the chain is all over but our store is local own. They sell almost any thing you need. From a small screw to big mower. I go here a least 1 a mouth. They always help to find what I need. They well laed out. If you need it to fix it they will help.

Floor associates are helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy whatsoever! I used to shop at the equally awesome Grand Junction True Value, but when Joshua came to OM I came as well! They didn't have what I needed, but he called around and helped me find it! That's above and beyond good customer service! Give that man a raise! (😂👋😅)

I always love going to True Value for the customer service, and this visit was no exception. I wasn't sure what kind of stain to get for my interior tongue and groove, and I was met by a literal paint expert who worked there after retiring from owning a paint business, serving 5 different regions. He was so helpful and I was in and out.

What a nice mom and pop ace. Staffs great, they don’t bother you too much, they know what they are talking about and try to help as much as they can. We had a very nice lady saw a piece of metal in half for us and she did it by hand, only complaint is they need a better selection on lumber.

Rode to this store with a backpack on since that's the only way I'll carry what I purchase on my way back. They require you to leave you backpack at the front, during the employe asking me to do so two women walk by with purses bigger than my backpack. Nice double standards.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff! I took my son in the other day to get a pool and was immediately greeted by a nice man, and taken to find the pools. Bonus- we met Socket, and my son has talked about him non-stop! Even though it’s not the closest true value to my house, I will always go here. Customer service is excellent here!

Mr “Gravy Buns” The Third
I recently strolled into True Value for some paint, expecting nothing more than a colorful shopping experience. However, it turned out to be a visit I won't soon forget! While I can't complain about the paint selection – it was wall-to-wall inspiration – I did receive an unexpected pinch that wasn't in the store's inventory. Yes, you heard it right, I was apparently considered prime pinching material by a mysterious older gentleman on the premises. Now, I know True Value is all about value, but I didn't sign up for this 'added bonus'! In all seriousness, though, it's essential for any store, even True Value, to maintain a safe and comfortable atmosphere for customers. Let's hope the management takes this pinch of feedback to heart and ensures everyone's shopping experience remains 'hands-off' from now on!

Awesome, for a small location their selection is surprisingly large. The prices are fair or great, and the people working there go out of their way to help you on your projects. This location has become my first choice above Lowe’s or Home Depot. My backyard irrigation, shed, and garden is practically built from this store, I love it.
