The wife broke the wheel. I installed a spare tire and sent it to this workshop. Sold almost bald tires. They didn’t put the spare wheel in place in the trunk, everything was dirty. I do not recommend this workshop, there is no respect for their work and customers.

Hi last month I took my van for new tires service and alignment and got rip off. I don't recommend this Tire Shop at all! They charge us for brand new tires for 385.00 but they end up being used tires. I recently went to do my oil change somewhere else and told me that they didn't tie up my steering wheel so, they were loose. I have been driving my van with loose steering wheel putting my family in dangerously risk in the road. I'm so upset with this service. Thankfully for my oil change shop noticed this issued and noticing the old tires as well being a woman I just go and get them I don’t check. So today went back and they didn’t take fully responsibility on their mistake and giving me a bunch of excuses. I only got a sorry from the guy who had worked on my van. So, I bought my husband and he told them that they have to refund us the money due to the 30 days warrantee or we will be seeing them in court. As soon as he gave them his point of view they when ahead and gave us our new set of tires.

That place is so suspicious. He told me he wanna take my car to drive. I told him no you cannot. Why would you wanna drive my car and he told me just go to the dealer it’s so suspicious that place. Never come back here

DO NOT GO TO THIS TIRE SHOP!!!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️ ALMOST CRASHED! <<<<<<< They do not know what they are doing here and will laugh at you and call you crazy. I came in for a simple alignment, I have pictures of my wheel wells before and after alignment. In the pictures before my alignment I can clearly see the bolt to my control arm tightened all the way… keep in mind you are not supposed to even touch the control arm during an alignment… two days after alignment I lost control of my car and nearly crashed. I got towed to a local shop and they immediately asked if I had any work recently done. I told them I took it to a cheap tire shop in Santa Ana to get my alignment done and he immediately started nodding his head and said that was probably it, they likely had someone who didn’t know what he was doing in-tighten the wrong bolt which is next to the bolt you actually adjust… The bolt to my control rod was loosened about 2 inches out of the hole and almost popped out when I lost control. I wasted 4 hours of my trip, almost crashed and had to spend money on a tow truck and $75 at the shop to figure out the problem. And not to mention my alignment was just ruined due to the violent shaking… When I went back in to tell this tire shop what happened and not only did they not believe me but they laughed and made a joke of it and kept saying “we don’t touch that part”… and refused to reimburse me the $75 that I had to spend at the other shop which I thought was more than fair given what I dealt with. TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE, this shop is dangerous and does not take their business seriously.

They gived price when I go there they he told depends on which ones you want to jack the price up. I told him I rather get new ones so I and up my mind getting new ones but not from him because his prices it’s expensive. I told fix my flat tire he goes $15 I told it’s fine the I discover the tires it’s bad. I had extra tire on me I told him can put the tire I have he goes it’s $25 I told i rather buy the whole tire then he told me $20 i told him fine do it. After he did it they don’t want to check it if it had any leak or any thing. They have very bad attitude I advise any one not to go and deal with this type people

Went here today. 4/21/2020 2019 dodge dually rims had them mount and balance 6 tires. They scratched them really bad. First tires ever installed after factory on these rims. They denied everything. Even tho I had pictures from truck the night before when washed. I just want to warm others who care about their ride. Stay away.

Great group of employees and they got me the right side tires after a struggle to find 315 75 16s and they had four of them all very well balanced in treadwear I couldn't be happier about it because my tires were close to failure on the sidewall. I feel so good the ride now is impeccable probably better than when I first bought it. Thank you guys I appreciate it and I will send everybody I know your way for tires alignment and balancing. I just called today for a pair of used tires for my small car and the guy seemed rushed and told me each tire used for $45 each and I asked him for some other cheapest and he just hanged the phone on me been very rude! I meant Walmart have special new tires for around $55 installed! I will never come back bad service

Drove out for a 50 mi round trip cus they had the best tires available new or used, picked up a full set of 245/45/17 very hard to get at a good price. All employees are extremely knowledgeable and gave me 💯 service, and they are the ONLY SHOP that's open till 6pm. Tell them the guy in this pic sent me, might give ya a discount.
