I brought my 23 audi S4 here for an oil change, price was right only $150 keep in mind thats 8qt of synthetic oil. They didn't have my oil filter in stock and were very up front about that. The gentleman went to an auto parts store just to pick up the new filter. I would recommend this place

I've had my cars washed here twice. The staff are very friendly . They work fast and efficiently. The first car was detailed and it came out beautifully. It was also starting to rain so they gave me a rain check On the second visit I couldn't believe they remembered my name after only being there once, super cool. Great job on the second car, which was just a wash and spray wax. The prices are competitive too. I'm only giving 4 stars because this time they left trash in the car??? What the heck? Anyhow this will be my regular car wash. Plus there is a Starbucks and a Bella Nails in the same center. Coffee and Mani/Pedi while you wait. 🙂

I was visiting the area so stopped in for a car wash. I upgraded to a hand wax. They did the worst job! The inside had not been wiped down. They missed spots on the outside and the inside glass on the windshield was completely smeared. For $100, I expected a better job. Would NEVER use them again and would NOT recommend them to anyone.

These people scratched my car, left the interior and exterior dirty, don’t do proper vacuuming and the staff are rude, obnoxious when i brought it up to their attention. Will never return. Pretty disgusting place and worthless!

It prolly depends on who is working, but today was my 3rd time and the worst of what is mediocre service for the prices of $34-44.00. When the car wash equipment is not functioning and you tell the cashier, she does not care, at all. you are actually bugging her apparently. she is there to keep her fake eyelashes glued on i suppose. talked to her she says, visibly annoyed not looking up from phone, pointing me to the jefe to go ask them. El Jefe acknowledged me but then went about his business as my car went thru the wash. then had to verify with the other side that it was kosher, why would i lie man? I left. It's only gonna go down from here, forever.depending on the day and the workers, you will get OK or you will be pissed off. Cashier's attitude is not gonna win ya repeat biz. Look for a new face of your biz is my suggestion.

I couldn’t be happier with this car wash. They do a lot of high end cars and truly take their time to make sure your car is perfect. I would not go anywhere else as this is truly the best car wash in South Orange County. The owner is frequently working the front counter and is personally committed to customer satisfaction.

Waited 90 minutes for a regular cash wash. They wash the cars and then you sit there for almost 2 hours while each person wipes one window and then moves onto the next car and then the next person wipes another window, no thanks..

With a rating of 2.5 on Yelp and 3.2 on Google, I should have known better. I spent $150 on a interior detail and car wash but I might have as well paid $10 at the drive through car wash next door. My favorite part was when the guy who sold me the detail told me to ignore the prices listed on the signs because they were going up. Then, he started bargaining with me on the price when I told him I didn't want to pay $189 to get my carpets cleaned. After the car wash, I noticed the seats weren't cleaned, the center console didn't even appear to be wiped down and the inside of the car was as dusty as it was going in. If that wasn't bad enough they returned the wrong floor mats. I didn't see them in my trunk until I got home. When they called me to collect the door mats they had erroneously placed in my car, they didn't ONCE mentioned my door mats. I'm going to guess the owner of those floor mats wasn't happy either. What is going on here? Get it together.

Full service car wash wax and hand wash option for $50 with wheels and interior. They have been as good as any other car wash in the area that does hand wash and wax. Usually takes about an hour. Mobile service is ok here and staff is friendly. Please like this review and follow me if find helpful.

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE CHANGE YOUR OIL. They changed the oil on my 1997 VW Eurovan and didn't put enough oil in. About 6 months later I almost BLEW OUT THE ENGINE because it had practically zero oil in it! (Nothing registered on the dipstick) My engine does NOT leak or burn oil. (This is ON TOP OF - they got the engine wet and the engine didn't run right. Then they overscrewed the pan screws, almost stripping the screws.) They seem to hire substandard mechanics for oil changes. They should stick to car washes ONLY and are lucky I was able to save my engine. In case you're wondering - I've had this VW for many years and it's low mileage (around 120k). It hasn't been even slightly low on oil before or since.

Without a doubt, the best car wash in Orange County! I bring all my cars here, including my wife’s, and I’m always happy with the results. Excellent service, great attention to detail, and a professional approach. Besides car washes, I also get my oil changed here—they work fast, efficiently, and reliably. If you want to waste your money, come to this car wash! It doesn’t matter if you pay for the basic service or any other level of car wash; they always give you a dirty car. This has been my experience multiple times. They constantly push you to get the expensive option, but they do the same job as the cheapest one! Today, I paid $34.99 plus tip but didn't get my money's worth. Unfortunately, there is no other car wash around the area to go to. Otherwise, after the first try, I would never have gone back there!
