I was able to get a vehicle inspection in less than 20 minutes and it was right before they were going to close, which they could've said no but they didn't. Not one single nice guy works here. It’s been extremely difficult to get ahold of the shop or anyone that works here. I would rather go to just about any other automotive place than give these jerks my hard earned money. Highly recommend staying clear of this place, especially if you’re a woman.

I was on my way to World Market with a friend, and stopped to get my grandson a doughnut at Kristy Kreme, while in line I smelled something burning from my car and noticed my car was overheating. I had just gotten an oil change and new brakes at an auto repair close to my home. We pulled into a parking lot next door to let the car cool down. It just so happened we were in the parking lot of South County Auto repair. We turned the car off and I called the place that did my oil change and brakes, I spoke with the mechanic who did the work and basically he was a bit defensive, I’ll just leave it there. I walked over to South County Auto Repair to ask for some water for the car. I was greeted by Sergio and explained the situation. He came over to the car asked if he could pop the hood and take a look. Of course I said yes. He open the hood and immediately found the problem, the mechanic that I had do the work the day before had neglected to put the cap back on my radiator as well and the oil…… he asked me to let it cool down and he would come back in 20 minutes and he would refill the radiator. He came back filled it with water, and even started the car, blasted the heater to make sure everything was okay before we left. I could not believe what a great guy and how much attention to detail he gave considering he didn’t cause the issue but came into fix it. I will definitely be going to Sergio with my future car needs. I’m so glad in this weird way I came to meet Sergio!!!! Thank you Sergio and Thank you South County Auto Repair!!
