If I had to drive 100 miles to get my car fixed here I would. Sometimes you come across a business that treats you so good, does such a good job, at such a fair price, that you couldn't imaging going anywhere else. This is just that kind of business. Check out the 100% guarantee photo I've attached. I think they must be counting good karma on their profit statements. The repairs are just right. Everything looks to have been done with careful attention to detail. They took the time to explain everything to me about what was fixed and how. They even had my vehicle detailed...free...and didn't even mention it. Mission Viejo Auto Collision has earned my love. :)

Needed a brand new bumper on my 2005 Mercedes SL 500 from a metal sheet hitting it on the freeway. From the minute I called them for a quote until the time I picked up my car from being repaired was complete smooth sailing. They are awesome. Every employee was beyond friendly, helpful, and accommodating. When I went back to pick up my car I was impressed with how quickly they got the job done (4 days with ordering the new bumper). If you’re looking for an honest shop that truly cares about their customers, go no further. They updated me by text message with photos & details as they went through the repair process. They make everything easy instead of an ordeal like most shops do. Not one bad thing to say about this place!

My 2003 Cadillac CTS was hit in the parking lot at my work. It had scrapes and was dented in the left rear quarter panel and part of the rear bumper. I took it to another collision company and I inquired about the bumper since it had paint chipping off on the right side. I assumed since they would have to fix the left side they would have to repaint the whole bumper. They guy I spoke to told me that I would have to pay out of pocket for them repairing the right side. I left and went to Mission Viejo Auto Collision where I spoke to Kip. He explained the options and we went with replace and paint for the bumper. This was cheaper than repairing so better for the insurance company and no money out of my pocket. I recently purchased the vehicle and the right mirror was broken. I asked about the cost to repair and it was a lot. I bought the mirror online and brought it to them. They not only did an amazing job on repairing the quarter panel, the bumper was good as new and since they had the paint they painted the mirror AND installed it for me at no extra cost. I don't normally leave reviews, however I cannot remember the last time I went to get anything done where I was treated so well. I talk about them often and recommend them to anyone that needs paint or body work on their vehicle. Ask for Kip, he will make sure you are taken care of. Thanks Kip! I have another issue that came up with my wife's vehicle and I am happy that I know where to go..

I wanted to take my car to Mission Viejo Auto Collision to support my local businesses. I made arrangements in advance to bring my car in and have them drive me home in my own car so they could keep my car when I went out of town for a week. I asked for a quote which I still haven't seen two plus weeks later. Even though I made advanced arrangements I waited over an hour and still had no one available to drive me home or provide a quote which I was promised the week before. I took my car and drove myself home deciding that I gave it a shot and it just didn't work out. I hope you don't have the same experience.

I was able to walk in without an appointment to get an estimate for body damage on my car (a dent on the driver front fender). Although I hadn't decided at the time whether I would handle through my insurance, they wrote up an estimate reflecting the discounted rates they would charge my insurance. Ultimately I decided to pay out-of-pocket and have Mission Viejo Auto Collision do the repairs. There were some delays getting the repairs done, & they weren't very proactive about calling me to update me on the process. However, the actual body work turned out great and came with a full lifetime warranty. Finally, I want to compliment Lena, who was always friendly and helpful.

Have had multiple cars repaired here for varying damage or cleanup. They have always done a great job. Today I hit a bollard and scratched the door handle, cab, and fender of my truck. They went to polish it to see what kind of follow up work it needed. They brought it back out after 5-10 minutes with pretty much all of the damage gone. Sent me on my way without any pressure to do more expensive repairs. These guys are awesome and have great customer service!

I was very pleasantly surprised at the care and service I received at MVAC. Customer service was remarkable. As soon as I walked through the door, staff (Lena), came across as genuinely interested in how MVAC could meet my repair needs. The estimate was more precise than any “procedure” I have ever received! Kip was wonderful; he explained the estimate, shared car care pointers and addressed my post repair concerns. One benefit, most incredible for me, I was offered transportation back and forth to my home; just a part of the unique service. I sincerely recommend MVAC and more than likely, will be back! I took my 2015 BMW 428i GC to this place because they had good reviews online. My car had been rear-ended and had a small damage to the rear bumper and rear-right fender. I'm a super picky with details, and my car to me is like a member of my family, so I was worried I would get disappointed. My experience was really good. They sent me pictures of my car on the different repair stages, and finished in the time they had estimated. which is remarkable because it was raining in those days and the car needed to be painted. I know the effect of humidity in the painting process and I asked: they explained their paint chamber has a controlled environment. When I picked up the car, in thoroughly inspected it and was really surprised with the quality of the work. You cannot tell it had been in an (small) accident. They also provide a Guarantee for the life of the vehicle, that remains active even if you sell it. In my particular case, it was all paid by insurance, but I wanted to share: the initial estimate they had provided increased significantly (triple) after they started working on it. If you are paying with your own bucks, you might want to keep it in mind, although I'm sure every shop does the same.

I regret choosing Mission Viejo Auto Collision and would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this shop. My car was involved in an accident that required a full front-end repair. I was promised the job would take 2 weeks and that all brand-new OEM parts would be used. I even agreed to pay the difference out of pocket if insurance didn't cover it. Instead, my car stayed at their shop for over 5 weeks, and they used aftermarket and used parts without proper disclosure. When they called to say the car was "ready," the problems were obvious immediately: * Poor paint work with visible overspray * Hood was misaligned by about 1/4 inch * Loose parts * Foggy, used headlights * Coolant reservoir installed incorrectly and leaking, which could have caused serious engine damage (I caught just in time) Every time I pointed out these issues, I was told to leave the car "a few more days" so they could fix it. What was most frustrating was that all of these flaws were clearly visible and should have been caught during a basic inspection, yet every time I brought them up, the staff became defensive and irritated instead of professional. The biggest issue was the paint and a safety error on dash which they gave me the car like that and again I moved the car back to their shop. The hood color did not match the rest of the car at all. Anyone could see the difference immediately. Their excuse was that my car was "old" and they couldn't match the paint -- this is a 2019 Mercedes C300 in immaculate, garage-kept condition. That explanation is simply unacceptable. To be fair, I took the car to multiple other body shops, and they all confirmed this was a poor-quality paint job and said it could absolutely have been blended correctly. After about 2 months, the paint on the hood actually started rubbing off. I contacted the shop multiple times and was completely ignored. I had no choice but to file a formal complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR). After 3 more months, BAR forced them to correct the repairs. Even then, they returned the car with a terrible attitude, and I discovered: * The bumper was chipped * The car was returned extremely dirty This shop showed no accountability, no quality control, and no respect for the customer. The only reason anything was fixed at all is because BAR got involved. If you value your car, your time, or your peace of mind, do not take your vehicle here.
