This auto shop is seriously one of the best in service! I've been a customer for over a decade and I truly trust the work and the people. I had an oil change on my last visit. After driving ita bit, I noticed that they made some minor adjustments to ensure my driving experience continues to be a good one. Our Garage takes care of both cars and people.

I give them 5 stars on that alone after having a mobile mechanic diagnosis to have it towed to a "silver rock" approved repair facility, only to be told that the (2) diagnosis was denied AND the master mechanic wasn't going to touch it, & suggested it go to the dealership. I have AAA (you get a discount for being AAA member) & Our Garage popped up & I took a chance, called & spoke with Tricia, whom is a breath of fresh air. She took time to educated me, even though I have no clue as to what is what under the hood (other then where the engine oil goes, how to check the oil & washer fluid) & allowed the car to be dropped off before the appointment. Tricia kept me up to dated on EVERYTHING! Tricia even called the 800 for the Kia/Honda issues. She even talked me off the edge of this extremely frustrating situation but when all is said & done, I trust Tricia and her crew will have me and my family in a good position to get to where we need to be. I will recommend Our Garage to any AND everyone whom needs vehicle work. Based off the customer service & common courtesy.... You will not be disappointed!!!!

Absolutely fantastic people Sheila and her group of mechanics are worth the talk they work with you to find what's wrong with your car and work to make sure that you make the right decisions and getting your car repaired I don't feel worried about being swindled when I'm in the shop. I'm not worried that I haven't gotten all the data and I'm not worried that I'm being overcharged. They take good care of my cars when I take him into the shop.

I’m so incredibly grateful for this shop. We became stranded halfway to our destination in Aurora. The next morning my husband called a few shops and even the Chevy dealer and no one would even look at it for a couple of days, putting a wrench in our travel plans with no car. “Our Garage” stepped up to the plate and went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us feel safe and in good hands during a pretty scary time when we weren’t sure if we could even afford to continue with our trip. Less than four hours after we called in the morning, we were back on the road headed to our destination with an affordable bill allowing us to continue on.

I will honestly NEVER go to another mechanic after sending my '91 Ford Bronco here. Many mechanics won't work on her because she's so old, but Our Garage took her in no problem. Trisha at the front desk is super friendly and professional. The do excellent work with such care for your vehicle. They fixed my headlamps turn signal thermostat and even finally got me air conditioning, I definitely highly recommend this place and give it 10 Stars!

Echoing what other reviewers have said, Our Garage offers professional service in the shop and at the front desk, at a competitive price. It is the only auto shop I've ever been to in 19 years of driving where I feel like I'm being told the straight story 100% of the time. They tell you when you NEED a service done, when it could go either way, and when you're probably okay holding off for awhile...top auto shop I've ever been to in terms of HONESTY. And they take the time to explain some of the repairs better than other shops I've been to. I have several AAA approved auto shops within 15 minutes of my house, but I drive 75 minutes to Our Garage because of how much I like and trust them.

I came to Our Garage after going to two chain repair shops and getting conflicting answers and thousands of dollars in quotes for some brake issues. Tricia and the team were so helpful and kind, they were incredibly honest and took me back to see the issue myself and take pictures. I am not a car person, but they took the time to explain everything to me and show me the various problems. Tricia even offered to drive me home while they worked on it! The pricing is downright cheap for the Denver/Aurora area, and their work is quality. I will absolutely be returning for all maintenance work that needs to be done in the future!
