Definitely will not recommend. Took my car for an alignment I have an Infiniti g37 and Had it checked at the Infiniti dealership and showed that pace way did not do a great. I asked for a refund and they said no. Definitely will not be back.

Very no frills type place. Ideal to my mind. I bought an old busted Toyota Camry. Ridden hard and put away etc. It had a strong pull to the right when I got it. Took it in, afterward, it drove like a different car. After a few days I realized it still had some pull right. I Thought it was a low tire, but not so. I Brought it back in and they were able to make an adjustment to the frame. There’s still just the slightest pull right, but any slight road grade to the left and it pulls left, as it should. Genuinely grateful, thanks gang.

Anytime alignments were brought up I’ve always heard take it to paceway, I even made an appointment at accurate auto and was referred there. I own a 05 RSX type s.. I installed new coilovers and outside tie rod ends and with the RSX suspension, the tie rods sit on the strut/shock basically.. And depending how many turns you spin your tie rod end on, that dictates your Toe angle. That’s all I needed. The owner came out and looked and flat out refuse to do it and said cuz it’s hard to reach. Lmfao! I can’t believe a shop with the rep it has refused a job over something HARD TO REACH. Even when I had the fender liner removed and front bumper so there was nothing obstructing access. So after two shops that claim they do alignments I just took it to Acura and got a full alignment for cheaper than both. I’m thankful the shops are just honest tho and are upfront that they can’t do any work that involves difficulty. Well what they think is difficult… Isnt that the point of a profession? To difficult for the average Joe so that’s why we have skilled tradesmen. Guess they must lack the skill set.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced at an automotive shop, went in for an alignment that I scheduled. Without any contact guy pulls the vehicle of the rack and walks inside and hands me the keys .. “can’t do it”. Don’t waist your time here

I've had my '07 Ram 1500 since it was new. Several years ago I had a minor front corner fender bender. Ever since then it wanted to float to the right, and the steering wheel was off center. I've had it aligned twice by other shops, but the results were not as I expected, and the truck's tracking was unacceptable after 5K each time. I asked for a recommendation from a close by tire store manager, and was referred to Pace Way. I was very pleased with their work. I'll work with them from now on for alignment on my cars, and will definitely recommend them to friends.

I called around for pricing for an alignment, these guys had a better price than anyone in the area that I called and the only ones to offer me front and back. The man at the front desk was pleasant and the man who did the work actually took my car for a short drive to get a feel for the alignment and to me that says a lot about how much they care about getting it done right. Will go to them again.

Had them replace most of the front suspension soft parts on my 1998 4Runner and the did great work at a good price. Aligned it well without issue! Also had them do my 1976 F150 4x4 many years ago also without issue! These guys have been around and always provided great service! I tell everyone to go here for alignment and suspension work.

Front end alignment completed recently because i just purchased new tires and my truck was pulling to the right. They corrected the pull to right and toe-in that was out of spec but now my truck drives poorly on the interstate. It will drive straight, feels squirrely and the steering wheel is off-center. I took it back and the owner, Bob, argued with me and said they'd charge me again to correct the alignment. I have a stock Toyota Tacoma. He told me that they can't make everybody happy and that i was trying to get something for free. I pointed out the alignment specs printout from the first alignment that could have been improved and corrected and that my truck doesn't drive straight on the interstate but he made excuses about overhead, bills to pay and the alignment numbers being within in a WIDE spec range. Very unpleasant experience arguing over an alignment job that could have been done better. I paid for a service and did not get what i paid for. In conclusion, if they don't get it right the first time don't expect them to correct their mistakes unless you pay again. Good price but you get what you pay for. I don't like being the only negative review but i've never had an experience like this so it should be known.

Got alignment done and was drifting and floating all over the road. I jacked up my truck a week later to find out my control arm bushing was bad. Could move the tire with my hand and saw lower bushing was completely shot. Alignment should of never been done with it that way. I was told that everything was tight and good before the alignment. It was not apparently. Called them back to let them know. They said that everything looked good when they did the alignment and I would have to pay for another alignment after I fixed the bushing. Never going back there again. He acts like he knows what he is doing but it was obvious he didn't check over everything. Would not recommend.

I installed a lift on an older vehicle and brought it here for alignment. All of the alignment bolts were seized up in their sleeves. These guys kept at it until they were able to free them up with penetrating oil and work, and completed the alignment. I feel like they went above and beyond and at a great price.
