Thank you for the excellent service PDM! My 2022 Tesla Model Y was recently damaged after it was backed into in a parking lot. The front left portion of the bumper had minor damage but it effected a lot of surrounding parts. I was concerned that after the repairs the car would look like it was mostly fixed, but altered. I was wrong, PDM did an amazing job, the front end of the car looks brand new and you can’t tell any work has been done. Excellent service, much better and faster than dealing with Tesla/Tesla App/texting messages back and forth. Stephanie from PDM assisted me in the process and gave me constant updates with parts arriving and scheduling. I had a different issue with the Tesla Auto-pilot cameras that I was going to follow up with Tesla about, and they were able to diagnose the issue, very awesome! I will try to use them in the future if possible.

Having gone through a car accident and dealing with insurance companies, police reports, etc, it was a very unknown process to me. Stephanie was amazing from the very start. I have a 2025 BMW X6 that's almost brand new. Had gotten some rock damage on the trim of the drivers side window that took off the paint and had 2 white chip marks that were a huge eye sore. I took it to PND Collision and was taken care of by Keren and Mark. They were extremely professional and mark took the vehicle and fixed it within 10 mins. I had a really good experience at PDM. Great customer service from the first day I dropped by and scheduled the drop off. Arely was great in explaining tome that the claim that I had was filed to have my insurance cover for the repairs. I had to reach out to my insurance so they can clarify and correct the claim to be paid bu person that hit my vehicle. The work was really clean and was seamless didn’t seem we ever got hit. The only downside I would say would be when I saw the charges that got sent to the insurance for the repairs. The amount did seem a little bit excessive for the repairs that were done on the vehicle but I guess that the cost of doing business now days with insurance companies bid high so you get a decent payout. However nonetheless PDM did a great job on our vehicle and I would really consider using them in the future.
