Hello, Royal Auto Service Business. You don't need a record of me not doing business with you. I am upset about the quality of Royal Auto Service that was recommended by a relative friend. A $65 "diagnosis/fee charge" requested was a legit charge without a repair of the vehicle, but it was not a good/deep thorough inspection. The inspector said to come in for a checkup but no warning of the inspection fee. A few minutes of an inspection does not count as an inspection that lasts even less than 10 minutes and does not thoroughly test drive the vehicle. This was paid in "cash only" mentioned by the "inspector". The man inspecting the vehicle of a blue Nissan Sentra was quite rude and in a rush. Prior to the inspection, the man didn't even mention that there was a repair inspection fee. I would consider this almost a scam going through this method of inspection. Swindled. After a "deep inspection" the information was then passed to multiple workers and the issue was mentioned by the workers coming down to struts needing to be replaced for $700 with labor. There was no bouncing or leaning of the vehicle. There's no bumpy ride or nose dive in braking. The noise was coming from the mud flap next to the tire and the aerodynamics from the wind when reaching 70 MPH. This issue occurred on the week of 06/21/24.
