My truck was not starting. They towed it and haven't fixed. It's been 3 weeks and they just tell me they are working on it. Unprofessional by the owner by not giving me any updates on why it's taking so long. I will never take any vehicle there after this.

My car was misfiring and my engine light was blinking, and I called them and I was able to get in touch with the manager and he came and picked my car up with the tow truck, and then he took my car and it was fixed by the end of the next day. He even text me while I was at work to tell me what the problem is and I asked me how did I want to go about it and I told them and he text me at the end of that day that the car was ready, he even waited for me to get there to pick it up even after the shop had closed. Five stars well-deserved, very skilled and very blessed.

How is this shop getting 5 stars is beyond me,I took my sons car over a month ago because owner said he couldn't get to it until the second week I called. So now a month and a half to get to it. Called him today and the guy said that he couldn't do major repairs because he had to much work and I asked him why if he couldn't do the job make me wait for over a month and all he could say that he couldn't get it done because he had to much work. I was upset and raised my voice at him in which he started yelling at calling me mother trucker and some other words I can't say. This is the worst experience I've had with any shops and hope nobody has to go through what we went through. Zero stars for that short sob!!!
