We had a very pleasant buying experience with our salesman Calvin. We were looking for a car for our son and Calvin was super patient, friendly and helpful. He never pressured us to buy and we looked at the car several times thoroughly before buying. The dealership made the paperwork super easy and fast. We didn’t have to sit for hours waiting to negotiate a price, talk to multiple managers or experience all those ridiculous sales tactics like other dealerships. In the world of internet car shopping there are dealerships that advertise cars, there are internet driven dealerships (carvana etc) and there are dealerships that understand buyers and market value. Palmen and the team at Palmen are the best of both dealerships. I found a car specific that I was interested in that was in their inventory. They priced it to MVP (market pricing) and with a little coaxing we arrived at a deal. Now… the trust factor sets in… the car they represented looked remarkably good and when I arrived it was exactly the car condition and experience I hoped for. This is a large dealership with many lots and inventory, but the service I got went above and beyond. I traveled to Mundelein and they sent a car to pick me up as I took possession of the car. This coupled with detailing and accuracy of the condition really made a positive impression. I would recommend this team and sales associate Shawn Haas for car in the future. Maybe next time I can get a flavored coffee to go. 😉

First of all, I went into this dealership not knowing much at all. Financing, used, new, interest, warranty, I went into this dealership without first hand experience purchasing a vehicle, just hearsay. The pair of guys i dealt with were so helpful and explained everything very well. Made me feel safe and comfortable, Griffin and Dan were knowledgeable and customer driven. They helped me through all of my annoying and silly questions. They guided me in the right direction and got me into the vehicle I have always wanted! It feels like a dream. I want to thank Palmen auto and their management team for awesome training and attention to detail. Definitely recommend them, ask for griffin! Wish i could have payed a little less but Supervisor Dan helped get me to a number i was comfortable with. Not pushy, not overwhelming not overbearing Finance was quick and easy, and they got me into what i wanted. All in all Pleasant experience.
