These guys have everything, really they have the older hard to find and new stuff for all the suspensions and brake systems I have owned. They are very well knowledged about what they sell, so you will most definately be leaving with the right parts, also they have been doing this since before you were born so that kind of helps too.

Stole over $3000 dollars from me and my family. Motorhome is sitting cockeyed and I was never satisfied they talk circles when you complain about the work they did. Had springs replaced front and back and now the truck sits cockeyed. When i got the truck home i noticed they charged me for rear shocks and never put them on so I was driving with no shocks. Also Passenger side wheel is about to hit wheel well and they refuse to fix the problem. I am taking them to small claims court and will file claim on monday. They told me the reason my Class A motorhome is sitting cockeyed is because I removed a small couch after they did the work. They refuse to take responsibility for anything and use lame excuses to point the blame elsewhere. I have pictures to prove it and wish I could post them here.. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE If my motorhome causes an accident and kills someome it will be Doug Palmers fault. see you in court. I agree with previous review I had to go elsewhere to repair suspension

I would absolutely recommend Palmer Springs to anyone who needs this type of work done! They squeezed me in and were amazing! Everyone there was so kind and personable even with the weather crazy hot and no AC they didn’t let that phase them. They even took the time to show me what was wrong with the parts they removed and stepped outside to show me exactly where the problem was on a 95+ degree day!
