[UPDATE: A year later and we’ve had a couple other chances to come here since then for our SUBARUs. Still phenomenal. NOTE—Ever since DCH bought Ladin Subaru they stopped referring here … their new place is far more expensive and we have no idea why. We’re staying with Bob and Paradise for all our cars. No comparison. ORIGINAL POST FOLLOWS:] We’ve had a few opportunities to use Paradise and can’t overstate how impressed we have been. Reliable and timely, they provide professional service and excellent work. Don’t know if it’s a regular thing but we’ve noticed also our cars have alway come back cleaner inside than when we dropped them off.

I rented my car through Turo. The renter caused some damage to front bumper. He agreed to fix and he chose Paradise. Dropped car off on a Friday and got back Wednesday. Car was dead. There has never been an issue with the battery. The owner jumped the car. The repair was done but car was not washed which is the norm. Back to that in a second. I drove the car and parked underground. Waited a day and went to start car and it is dead. Drove back to Paradise and he claims it is not his fault. In the conversation where he said it was not his fault he even said “I didn’t even wash the car”. He went on to say because the job was “too cheap”. He was trying to say that since he didn’t even spend the time on washing the car he had limited interaction. Anyway, he has refused any responsibility and I assume he just thinks it is a coincidence that the a car with no issues suddenly has an issue while in his possession. What a shame because the person who damaged my car said he was a repeat customer and I had spoken with him about my other cars. The person who damaged my car went with the cheapest estimate and paid cash. I hate the cliche but maybe one does get what they pay for. I won’t comment about his quality of work but will tell you this is not a place you want to deal with if something goes wrong. Additionally, don’t take the cash price because your car will not be taken care of properly. Pay a little extra and have your car washed and cleaned after 4 days of sitting outside

Well beyond professional. Took my Jeep here after those muppets at Dependable dodge wanted $1000 deposit for an insurance claim against U Haul that had been approved (their truck hit my parked vehicle). I then went to Shaver Jeep , who told me go to Paradise as they don't have a body shop. I spoke to Bob on arrival who said they didn't need a deposit , he also advised me under Ca law , I could rent a car and bill U haul. So it was a no brainer . It was also refreshing to work with Kristen as well, they both know their stuff. Just got my Jeep back and the work is amazing. The repair is perfect . Thankyou Paradise as Dependable were as much use as a bloody ashtray on a motorcycle .

The best place to go without a doubt to get your car fixed! They did a fabulous job on my Audi. Someone hit my car and never left a note. Paradise made it look brand new! They said it would be a week and sure enough got my car back right on time looking like it had never been touched. I have used them twice and two times best service. Bob is great

I’ve used Paradise twice now - once when my car was hit years ago and then this week when I needed to address some out of warranty peeling paint. Bob is very helpful, respectful and reliable. He was able to quote me on the spot unlike the other two shops I went to and his quote came in dramatically lower than the other shops too. Furthermore, he explained the work that would be done and told me the repaint wasnt even necessary because they were plastic parts that wouldn’t corrode - which was my main concern. Bob turned the car around in one day and the paint work matches perfectly. I’ve been very happy both times I’ve used Paradise and definitely recommend.

I brought my car here after getting in an accident. They walked me through everything - it was great. But when I got the car back, it had excess paint on it, they broke my side marker light and hot glued it back in place. Funny thing - it was broken on the side that didn’t get hit. Most of the under panels were missing clips. They broke the tabs to hold my bumper into place. The insurance paid and I have the list of replacement parts that were ordered. But majority of the parts on the list were not replaced. Also when I got the car back, nothing was straight - the grill was popping off. The bumper was held in place by 1 clip. I tired contacting them and they told me they would call me back. But obviously they never did. I called again and same story. They fixed my broken front lip but everything else was either missing or hot glued in place. My insurance told me to keep trying to contact them but nothing. I ended up replacing all the parts they broke myself.
