My son had his truck serviced on 09/25/2020 for water pump and had asked for it to be checked on the machine for any other problems. They only serviced the water pump when in fact it's also my son's motor too. They couldn't give no other explanation except that the water pump was fixed which was already known.So now we have a truck with a new water pump and a bad motor!!

Paid them $800 to fix our air conditioner. Still doesn’t work. Worked offered him and his friend to fix what’s really wrong so they could fix it for their fee and not the shop fee for another $600. My husband bought that part for $102 and watched a YouTube video and fixed it in 10 minutes. The ac still doesn’t work. I thought the guy who worked there was a friend but I was very wrong. I will never recommend nor will I ever take any car to this shop again. Ever

Normally I am not the type to write a bad review, but this last experience was by all means the worst experience I have ever had at Park Place Automotive or any shop for that matter. I've been a returning customer for years, and a family member of mine has also been a friend of the owner's son for years. Upon picking up my vehicle I had noticed the driver rear side corner of my bumper had been hit. I asked to see the camera footage after Darren was inspecting my freshly hit bumper while agreeing that it was clearly a fresh hit. I was told by the owner; he'd take a look and give a call if he finds it. He called saying "yeah it looks like it got hit in the parking lot while it was parked in front where you dropped it off, you can see the footage when you get here". I arrived and was told I wasn't able to see the footage because they don't have cameras where my car was and it wasn't their fault, but he will pay deductible if I file a claim, then stated that same day to go get a few quotes and bring them to him and they'll work something out. I proceeded to take 3 different quotes to the owner and was laughed in my face and was only offered a quarter of what the damages are worth. I've always recommended this shop, but after the most unprofessional dishonest service and amount of respect I was given, that will be the last experience I will have with them.

If I could, I would give them a 10-star rating! They treated me like family! Traveling alone on a two-day trip to get home, I suddenly lost the ability to steer. I was lost, scared, and in tears by the time they reached me. From the tow truck drivers to the auto place, there was constant reassurance. Should I ever make that trip again, I will be sure to stop by to say hello to those who were there during a very trying time. Thank you SO VERY MUCH!!!

I have used this shop for over 20 years. I've never had an issue they couldn't fix on a wide variety of vehicles-- Suvs, Pickups, foreign and domestic. Timely repairs at a reasonable cost. An old school, father and son local business.
