Smart & Fair mechanic. That is if you hire him individually. He does mostly used car lot "fix-ups" so that out of order cars will run well enough to be purchased.

Very poor service and if he can get over on you he will, you have to stand firm with Mike and when you do. He then says he doesn't want you back on his property!! Did a good repair job, over expensive with very poor service would not recommend to anyone.

Worse place ever. Very rude and didn’t ever fix my car they had it since January to find out in July that it needed a motor and then lied about how much a motor was.

If you need your car repaired I would HIGHLY recommend Brinlee Automotive. These guys are GREAT! I really can’t say enough nice things about them. They are honest,knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable. I guarantee you could send your Grandma or your teenage driver there and feel good knowing they won’t be taken advantage of. PLUS you are dealing with a local small business and not a huge dealership. They are all such a pleasure to deal with.

I love this place. I only trust Brinlee's with all the vehicles I ever owned. They make sure you are fixed up, everything works before you drive it off the lot. Should it stop working they always make sure they fix it. We all know how the domino effect can be on a car. So they take care of me and they also don't over price. Out of all the car places I been to. This one has them beat. They Are friendly and helpful. IF you have any questions they will educate you. If you call and have concerns, they make sure you are in good hands. They never hang up the phone nor do they put you aside. If they have a lot to do. They let you know upfront. Also let you know when the best time is to bring in your Vehicle. Thank you Brinlee's!!!! You're the best!

I had outstanding service from this place!! Mike did everything he could to save me money on my jeep and really gave me the best deal. Very fair and doesnt try to over charge you for everything! Noticed they are very busy so that is a good sign. I will be taking all my vehicles here from now on.

I went cause my battery wasn't starting. They said my battery was good. They kept my car maybe one hour and said it was my OnStar draining battery..then charged me 250.. Next morning car still not starting. So I took it to a different place and it was the battery. So I'm not pleased with the out come or that I have to pay 250 for something that didn't fix my car. 😔

Went there for tranny replacement. Bro was straight forward and professional. His pricing was around 1,000 lower then the dealership quoted. And low end dealership estimate. I'd quickly refer this shop and clay for ppls automotive work

Had a horrible experience they tried to make it seem like I had more wrong with my car then I initially brought the car into the shop for. Took my car to another automotive shop and found out that Brinlee's was very dishonest. I do not recommend their service and clearly wonder how many other people have been taken advantage of.

You’d figure that if they are gonna work on something (in my case replace a motor) that everything would be put back the way you sent it in, for me it was not the case because my vehicle had many after market parts on it a lot of my lights wiring were left cut off/ripped off when the bumper was removed and were not put back on because it was “too difficult”

Got my car back AFTER 5 months with a huge dent on my passenger side door Grease stains all in my carpet and cigarette ashes in my consul I’m seven months pregnant. I don’t smoke and nobody else drives my car. Tried to call to see what could be done and person who claims they are the owner was extremely disrespectful and wouldn’t help in any way.
