Broke down outside Amarillo and called T Miller by chance. It was Saturday night before Christmas. Saundra was kind and helpful. Our driver, Steven, was beyond kind, patient and helpful. He helped us each step of the way, going above and beyond what he needed to do. At a time when I so overwhelmed, they took their time to make sure we were safe and good before leaving us. Truly appreciate and would highly recommend.

I had to have my semi truck and trailer towed to a different shop locally after being towed from NM to Amarillo so it was extremely stressful and costly but our tow driver Zack was awesome! He was very efficient, prompt and courteous. He made sure that I understood the process from pickup to delivery, and made sure that I understood all charges which were very reasonable. If you ever need a tow they are a definite’ diamond in the ruff.’

After a horrific accident, I went to pick up my things out of my demolished vehicle, and take photos which I had not taken during the accident because I had a head injury. I was treated so obnoxiously by one of the employees there and accused of recording other vehicles, I couldn’t believe it not only was this accident the worst nightmare of my life, but dealing with T Miller topped it off. I will never ever go here again not only that I will make sure everyone I know and love never uses their services. God forbid anyone have to, but in a moment like this the last thing, a human being needs to be treated poorly. It was devastating.

I had a friend who is retired Military break down outside of Vega, Texas late on a Saturday night. We are from Missouri, so help was 12+ hours away. I found this tow company via Google. When we called the receptionist on the other end of the phone was very polite, friendly and eager to help. When the truck got to my friend (in less than 40 minutes) the driver was friendly, polite, and very helpful. He took my friend to Amarillo, recommended where to take the vehicle for help, and a great affordable motel. My friend was back on the road in less than 12 hours. Thank you T Miller Wrecker Service! PS the tow fee was very reasonable.

Disrespectful and rude, when I was in a crash they took my car without consent and wouldn’t let me gather my belongings and told me to call the lot later I lived in this car for 2 weeks as I was homeless. I had the paper work and simply wanted my belongings. I was told I had 30 days and on the 30th day at 5pm was the latest I would come in when but when I went in on the 30th day at 1 pm they claimed my car had been crushed when in reality it was still sitting there days later, they then told me to not come back. When I went to the office I was yelled at many times for not listening when in reality they weren’t listening to me. All I wanted was my belongings I lost many childhood items and legal documents please choose another place

On the positive side, I’ve used them several times and, in the past, their inner-city towing fee was a reasonable flat rate of about $80. Unfortunately, that rate has since increased to $120, which was a bit of a surprise. The main issue I had was when I called to check on the location of my towed vehicle. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful, insisting she couldn’t assist me without the VIN number — no matter what other information I offered. When I asked to speak to a manager, she put me on hold for 10 minutes and never came back. I ended up calling back and spoke with a gentleman who was polite and quickly gave me the information I needed with just my first and last name. Overall, T-Miller has done the job when I needed them, but the poor customer service I experienced from this particular employee left a bad impression. I hope they address this, as good service makes all the difference when dealing with an already stressful situation.

This place is trash. They sold my truck without proper notification. They sent my paperwork to an address I don't live at when they had the current address and phone number to be able to contact me. And they had an attitude when I asked about my truck

Used a forklift to move a working car and then proceeded to drop it in the street and break 3 of the lug nuts, then proceeded to say we’ll have to move it or they’ll tow it right back into the yard with the 3 broken lug nuts

ABOVE AND BEYOND, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! On Thanksgiving Day T-Miller gave me reason to be thankful. They left their own families to come rescue me after my trailer hub caught fire. Thank you APD and Fire rescue also. Mr. Michael, Zack in truck 99, and Justin in trailer 91 came and EXPERTLY, and QUICKLY got my tractor and trailer loaded up and off the side of Hwy 87, 15 mi north of Amarillo. They got me to my destination safely working into the night. They were all friendly and professional. They knew exactly what they were doing. They also worked with me on the price and got me on my way. I’ll use them anytime I’m in the area for ANY tow or service needs. Thanks guys much appreciated.
