Quoted $260 just to run a diagnostic. We already had the error codes which were provided by autozone free of charge. Our car VIN is supposedly not counted as part of their recall - how convenient. This is the last straw for us trying to be a long time Mercedes customer. After sales service has to be value based and priced appropriately, not a an increasingly frequent gouging exercise. Buy reliability and buy for after sales service folks.

My initial contact was with Veronica and I was provided excellent information to transport my vehicle to the Dealership. Russell contacted me to ask what was going on with my vehicle. Hi, my I brought my car in for a service last week. I told the service person that I had two errors on my display 1 for a parking light and another for service brake pad. I had the same service breakpad error when I last visited you about 5 or 6 months ago. The technician at that time said the brakes were okay. When I left the dealership last week before I even got home, the service brake pad light came back on. Now, I don't know whether this is something that is intermittent or that the technicians aren't doing their job correctly. I just wanted to send you this message in case there are any accidents in the future caused by my brakes not being correctly serviced by your technicians. Lastly, Park Place used to wash the car after it was serviced. I was disappointed to see that it was not vacuumed or washed when it was returned to me. Or does one have to spend a certain amount of money to get these services now? Thank you and have a blessed day. brian darden

Dylan went above and beyond he took the time to explain everything clearly, got the numbers as close as possible to what I had in mind, and even arranged to have my brand-new Mercedes delivered right to my house with a beautiful bow on it!
