Made an appointment with Chuck to figure out a growling sound in the front right corner of my car. The day of my appointment the service tech took the car out for a test drive. He determined that I had a bad wheel bearing and additionally suggested that I replace some worn struts. Their price although not cheap was reasonable. The work was completed the same day. No more growling and the car feels tight like a new vehicle. Chuck kept me informed of progress and called me when it was done. The whole operation appears very professional , from clean floors to uniformed personnel. I most certainly would recommend Parker Tire for automotive work.

Overpriced Husband took car here for ac diagnosis they made appt to come back today. Called him said $2000 to replace ac compressor and condenser I just replaced the whole system 5/2021 for $610 with my parts for labor. Not that anything is free but they don’t tell u we charge $149pl tax so $165 for a diagnostic shady business bc if they did no one would let them diagnose it. Been in customer service over 15years and I hate shady fees or unethical practices going to affordable ac and repair which is where I meant to go prior. If u got two days salary or more to give up then this is the place for you!!! Definitely wouldn’t be back

Excellent service. Had an appointment for tire rotation. And was in and out, unlike Firestone on 441. Had an appointment there cause that's where I bought my tires from. Sat there for 1.5hrs after my appointment and still nothing so I got my keys and left. Wish I would have bought my tires from Parker. I will next time then the rotation want cost me a thing.

I recently had the occasion to utilize the services of Parker Tire. From my initial conversation and scheduling of my appointment through being greeted as I walk through the doors and being kept up-to-date on the progress of the work on my vehicle, I experienced great customer service, knowledgeable employees, and a real concern for the customer. Both Tom and Chuck were pleasant & efficient The waiting area is clean and well maintained. Beverages & light snacks are provided for the customers. This was my first visit to this establishment, but it will not be my last. Kudos to Parker Tire for a great experience.

I shopped around for quotes and found Parkers tire. Called and went in and they were super friendly each time. Very easy going, honestly best customer service I have received in a long time. I was a little mislead on the quote, the way it is laid out I did not see the supplies charge at the bottom. The price was the biggest reason I chose them so I was pretty disappointed that I was not really beating the dealership price after all. However, they had been so chill and transparent with me so far that it was hard to be upset. Tom had called me about an hour after drop off and said that he was looking at my brakes and thought I could bypass the service for now if I wanted. I decided to continue and he asked if there was a time I’d like to have it done by which I said “lunch would be great” and alas, it was done and ready by then. You don’t see great customer service and honesty everywhere these days so there is a high chance I will be returning. If prices become competitive to the dealership, I will probably come back for the next 25 years. Thank you James and Tom for all your help

I had an amazing experience with this repair garage! They looked at my car and were incredibly honest, kind, and caring from start to finish. I had such a good experience for having to deal with such a bad situation. Having absolutely no brakes is never good but these guys made it easy and affordable.
