It costs $299 to see if something "could be" covered by the factory warranty?!? 🤬

Brought it in for oil change and was done reasonably fast. Had some extra things that needed to be addressed and was even provided a loaner. It's a dealership but not as busy as ocala.

Absolutely horrible service. They had me drive back and forth 30 minutes three times for a tire change the last time I did business with them because they kept messing up the tire order (or just not ordering it). Tried to get an oil change today and they said I could come up there - drove 30 minutes for them to tell me I would have to come back another day. Done with Parks Hyundai - never had these problems with any other dealer.

Had issues with my engine in my 2014 Sonata I purchased from a used car dealer. Towed my vehicle in and was advised it would take 3-7 days for a diagnostic and to get an answer from Hyundai on whether they would cover it under warranty or not . Thankfully the vehicle had been maintained by the previous owner; and the service advisor, Luciano worked diligently to send Hyundai everything they were asking for and we had an answer within 5 days. Thank you Luciano for getting my car fixed in a timely manner!!

Was told my engine was faulty and would be replaced. Then told it needed a Catalytic converter. Original quote $1425. Next day was told they ordered the wrong part, and the additional part was $6000. Total quote was 9 grand. Had to have it towed elsewhere, and got fixed for $400. They are liars, don't want to help you with anything more than basic repairs. Acted as if they could care less. The worst service I've ever experienced. The manager is always conveniently "out on the lot with a customer" whenever I have tried to call. Run Away from here.

I just had my Hyundai Santa Fe in for an oil change service yesterday and the Service team was very professional and helpful.Ari Flores was my service advisor and he is wonderful so pleasant and helpful. I have always been happy with the service department in the past but they are really going above and beyond now, demonstrating the true definition of service. Thank you very much

I had an appointment for a software update today. The office staff has been very professional. The mechanic really took time to examine my car and let me know of some upcoming repairs. It has been a good experience. Thank you Parks Hyundai. I love my Hyundai still.

Life lesson learned: never take your car back to the dealership after it is out of warranty. This would have been a much different review before my warranty expired. Instead, you end up overpaying with none of the perks, like desk staff reserving a rental car. Add to that they have misdiagnosed my car twice. Tire separation, second opinion, and still driving on that tire two years later. Told me I needed to replace my oil pan and gasket, which they had replaced 14 months before. Second opinion, it wasn't the oil pan/gasket, it was the crank shaft seal that was leaking and that was a $200 plus repair at their shop. However, the second opinion had quoted me when I thought pan/gasket needed to be replaced and it was almost $250 less than Hyundai. Nope, life lesson learned.

Went in for oil change and blockage of the air conditioning line for the same day. Took car in only to be told that the oil change could happen but there was no staff to do the air conditioning. Set another date and charged for oil change and cabin filter. Came back 2 weeks later for next appt and was told $6k to replace the evaporation core. We decided not do the repairs and when we called we were placed on hold for over 30 minutes. We took car for second opinion and it was a $50 fix and was told the cabin air filter needed to be changed. We called the assistant manager at Hyundai and requested the money back for filter. After a few calls and a letter- finally got money back. It is sad when you think your car had it service and parts replaced and it has not.

Ari Flores is a respectful, informative, and diligent Service Advisor. Car needed fuel rail repairs and Ari went out of his way to communicate EVERY step of the way. This guy is an angel; he is honest and forthcoming. He took the time to communicate what the car needed in layman’s terms so my non-mechanically inclined brain could understand what needed to be done. Hey even took the time to see what savings we could have on the parts. Good service. Great man.

Got the Total service package - Nitrogen with green caps and service mixes in air, now my front tires expand several pounds beyond rear - Left the oil do stick out so my car stayed all over the engine belts hood. I added almost 2 quarts of oil. - Coolant left unchecked lower than min Second service I had already changed the engine and cabinet air filters. At service said it need changing again, they never even looked, just the mileage records Don’t even ask for the cop car wash seems like car wash is always broken for services

I’ve been going to Alejandro for about 9 months now, and honestly, he’s the kind of mechanic you hope to find but almost never do. He’s done my oil changes and general upkeep, but what really keeps me coming back is his honesty and kindness. He never tries to upsell me or rush me — instead, he always gives me real, thoughtful advice about what my car actually needs. You can tell he genuinely cares about people. He’s patient, helpful, and takes the time to explain things in a way that makes you feel safe and respected. He even invited me to his church, which just shows the type of person he is — someone who sees you as more than just a customer. If you’re looking for a mechanic who’s trustworthy, knowledgeable, and truly good-hearted, Alejandro is the one. I couldn’t recommend him more!

Alejandro Bravo took great care of us, staying late on Sunday to ensure we had everything we needed and were happy with our purchase. The meeting with the finance manager was quick and easy, and we received follow up calls to make sure that everything was going well with our new vehicle. Well worth the drive from Jacksonville to buy from Parks!
