I had an incredible experience at AutoZone today thanks to two outstanding employees. Ben Novak (I believe that’s his name) was an absolute lifesaver. My car broke down in the AutoZone parking lot, and despite an incoming storm, Ben quickly installed a new battery and repaired a completely corroded terminal—all with efficiency, professionalism, and kindness. He then went above and beyond by continuing to help another customer in the middle of the storm. He also helped me identify the root issue with my car, which I now plan to get fixed next week. His knowledge, attitude, and willingness to help were truly exceptional—Ben absolutely deserves a raise or promotion. Justin J was also extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process. He made sure I had everything I needed and offered valuable insight along the way. AutoZone is lucky to have employees like Ben and Justin. I can’t thank them enough for their help today!

I ordered a part here first thing in the morning, payed for overnight shipping and was told no later than 1pm the next day. I called around 10am the next day and was told it’s not there. They told me to come by at 1 and when I show up it’s still not there. It was time sensitive as I needed to drive the car out of town to catch a flight. The employee told me the delivery truck should be stopping by any second. Let’s say I waited until 3pm and I couldn’t stay. I know sometimes these deliveries run late but I decided I’ll come back after my trip since it never showed up. As for today you would think the part is there ready to be picked up and it was. As soon as I open it up it’s not the correct part. Checking the part number and it was for the wrong vehicle. Let’s just say I won’t be ordering online or in store because everything handled wasn’t don’t correct. The unenthusiastic employee gave me a refund but I can’t get my time back for this.
