Great experience! I took my car to get fixed as someone hit our car and the bumper was messed up. We had to pay put of pocket as it was a hit and run, so that was painful. What wasn't painful was the process with Parkside. The estimate was done quickly, communication was constant and Kevin made sure I was up to date with the estimate of when the last would arrive and when the car would be ready. Everything went smoothly and I can't thank Kevin enough for his professionalism and efficiency.

I want to thank Kevin for his service and making everything as smooth as possible. So long story short, my neighbor backed into or side swiped my Civic. I found this body shop because of the reviews and closeness to my home. I came in and Kevin explained to me how to handle this with my neighbors insurance. He told me the Statefarm number and what to expect when I call them. I have never had to deal with insurance before so this was new to me. He told me I just need to get a claim number and adjuster name and to have my neighbor call immediately to speed up the process. Anyhow I made the call and after that Kevin took care of everything. He also arranged for me to get a rental car from Enterprise, they even picked me up and took me to their office. I got my car back in just a little over a week and Kevin let me know of the progress every step of the way. Overall Kevin made this situation very smooth easy for me and it cost me nothing out of pocket. 100% would recommend this shop.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This shop fixed up my car after a small accident, the quote was exact and the service was incredibly quick and so so well done. Their customer service is amazing, Kevin is so responsive and knowledgeable. They even cleaned and vacuumed the car before I picked it up. I was in a minor accident and needed some body work. The reviews here looked great. I stopped by and spoke with Kevin, who seemed very friendly, in July of last year. He took my info and stated he would order parts and get back to me. He got back to me maybe a few days later and stated a part was on back order and he didn’t know when it would be available. He could not tell me which part. I kept following up for weeks after and still, that part was on back order. After a while, I forgot to follow up since my car was still drivable. Finally followed up in person last month (my accident happened 6 months prior) and was told there was still a part on back order. When I asked which one, Kevin stated he thought it was the fog light. I told him I actually have the in tact fog light from my car and he said he would check and call me back. Received a call later that day and was told there were actually 2 parts (not 1) that were on back order, the “lower portion of the bumper” and “fog lamp bezel.” The whole time there was a nervous laughing/sighing on his part. Maybe that’s just his personality but I got the feeling this shop didn’t want to work on my car. I have to add, our interactions were nothing but pleasant so I can only assume there are some selective and discriminatory practices by this shop when choosing whether to work on vehicles. Such a shame. By the way, a quick google search of the parts that he stated were on back order showed the parts available. I went to a different shop who also only uses OEM, as Kevin stated Parkside does. This new shop contacted the dealership and were able to order the parts and fix my vehicle within TWO WEEKS. My fault for not realizing what was going on sooner.

Highly recommend Parkside Paint & Body. I was rear ended by a Lyft driver and had some minor damage on the rear hatch of my vehicle. Kevin was able to fit me in for an estimate the same day I called, and worked with the insurance company to make the entire process painless, even helping to get me a rental through insurance while my car was in the shop. He went above and beyond, and finished fixing things up in about half the time he had quoted! The vehicle looks like it was never in an accident and I couldn't be happier with the experience I had. You can't go wrong choosing this shop.

I had an excellent experience with this auto body shop! My car was sideswiped while parked at Costco, and I was stressed about the damage and the repair timeline.
