Came in with no appointment and the Oleh was so nice to me, offering immediately to help figure out what was wrong with my tire. I talked to the manager as well, who gave clearance to take a look at my tires even without a service appointment and I got my tires filled with air and the giant nail that was embedded in my back tire was immediately located. These dudes were so nice, 11/10 I’d come back for tire work.

Great staff and service! I drove in and they fortunately had the time and the tires needed for my car readily on hand. I had a nice exchange with Tim (?) while getting the info of my car settled. Upon picking up my car, they were super busy (end of the day things), but still very attentive. I can see why this shop has been highly recommended!

A capital waste of time and a brilliant show of incompetence. I had an appointment and dropped my car off to get the alignment checked. They had my car for more than a full day and did not even inspect it. I have been a customer at close to a dozen auto shops and never has it taken more than an hour to get a call back with an update telling me what's going on. To top it off, there was fresh snot on my passenger seat when it was pulled out for me. Don't patronize this place.

It seems some staff here have truly mastered the art of customer service — answering questions without even looking at the customer. Quite an unusual talent. Perhaps learning a little more about how to treat customers would be just as useful as knowing about tires

Took my 2005 Honda Pilot in for oil change and inspection. I knew there was a lot of deferred maintenance. Received a detailed report within a few hours of the necessary work needed and then a call from Oscar with pricing and further explanation. Extremely thorough and detailed. He explained what was critical in addition to things to keep an eye on. Pricing was excellent and he found several coupon discounts to apply. My car was done by the end of the day and they even stayed late to finish up a few last minute items that they had come across - including replacing a rear light at no charge. They show you the work they actually did on the vehicle - not just tell you about it. They seem to take a lot of pride in their work and even took me for a test drive when they completed the work! I have had work done on my other two vehicles done there and always very great service and don't try to sell you maintenance/repairs you don't need.

I start ratings with 5 stars. Toscalito lost 1 star for the 3 separate times I made appointments and showed up to be told they do not have my appointment on record. They lost another star when they made absolutely no effort to remedy that issue with the appointments. All I got was “sorry there is nothing we can do.” They lost another star when I finally was able to get in. They determined that my air filter needed to be replaced. Instead of calling to see if I wanted to get it done same day, they emailed me about it then called directly after saying my car was ready with no mention of the air filter. It seems Toscalito has no interest in providing any customer service as they know they’ll have plenty of other customers come through based on their location. Fine for them, but it leads to poor service on the actual vehicles when they have no price in actually ensuring that your vehicle is leaving there in the best shape it needs to be… as is proven by the air filter on my vehicle. It’s a minor detail but one that demonstrates the quality of care they take on your vehicle.
