Sat in a line to realize more than half the bays aren’t functioning and that this place is 20 years behind the times with no credit card machines so I didn’t even get to give my car a bath….this place is ran down trash. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Everything's outdated they barely keep up enough to keep it running all the vacuums have been scrapped. But it's one of the last two self-wash around.

The spray booth did not have rinse water. Once my car was clean and I spent my money into the box. I had no way of getting it rinsed. The attendant on duty couldn't care less. So I sent a polite email to their corporate office weeks ago in regards to both the attendant and booth. Since I have not received a response I can no longer recommend this as my favorite car wash. Find somewhere else who cares about your car and their own service.

My new car lost its virginity to this car wash. The first car wash went really well and very happy with it. The pricing is competitive with other local car washes. I did like that the guy nearly washed my car already well I was paying. So pretty much it got double washed.

Self wash was horrible. Low pressure water, no soap because it only squirted out at the ceiling, dirty needle laying by the money dispenser and screws and nails every where. Will never go back. It use to be a nice place. Should have looked better before I wasted my money.

I do not like Drive and shine, because the employees are so snooty. And when they sweep the inside, and do the windows, you always have film, or they miss sweeping. However, for half the price, I get an excellent wash, at Parkwood auto spa, and then I go, sweep my own car, and do my own windows, and very happy. The Parkwood employees are so friendly and helpful with the sweeper machine. I like that they basically wash your car before it goes through, just wish the dryers would last a little longer., Is the only improvement I can see. I just went to the new boys in town, because I desperately needed a car wash, so I went over to Mike’s car was. They forgot to wash the back of my car, and when I got home, it was all shiny, but the back bumper and the trunk lid, it was still filthy. They need those guys from Parkwood auto spa to run the brush around first. The next time I need a car wash, staying with Parkwood auto spa, they have always been my go to. Thank you.

Note: This is a cash-free, card only location. We visited this car wash to get the top layer of grime off my car, which has been sitting outside for about a year. We chose the least expensive option, which cost $10. The attendant arrived quickly after we honked (as the sign instructed). He was friendly, completed our transaction easily, and quickly scrubbed our car before beginning the drive through car wash. The wash itself was good. It removed all of the dirt except for the hard to reach places where algae appears to have grown - along the bottom of the window edges and along the side trim. The heaters worked well, and we were on our way quickly.

If there was a way to give less than a star to this car wash I most definitely would. How it has four stars as it is is totally beyond me. All their equipment is broken down when you put your money in and you have a problem there’s no phone number to get a hold of anyone the phone number that’s online just rings and rings nobody will ever give you a call back I put my last dime into this place and I probably still won’t get the $10 I lost ridiculous where is car wash I’ve ever been to!

Avoid this place at all costs. First off, literally half of the bays are coned off for not working I'm assuming based on my experience. The first bay I went to the pre-soak, the spot free rinse, and the foam brush didn't work. Went to another bay after using all the options that were working at the first bay and it was credit card only, which is fine if the card machine actually worked. Went to a third bay to try so I could use the spot-free rinse, but again the pre-soak and spot free rinse did not work. Went to a fourth bay and the same thing. So after using all of my cash and quarters my car was just stuck with the clear coat that couldn't rinse off. Trash everywhere here, everything looks like it's falling apart, just a complete dump.

Drove 15 minutes to come wash my jeep, I prefer the self wash stations. Their coin machine was down and their credit card swipe machine was down as well. Staff was friendly about telling it how they expected to be up again in a day or so.

I had bought a book of Coupons (which were not cheap). I had four left in my book. When I pulled in, the guy working there said, "We don't accept those anymore, we bought out the previous owners." Meanwhile they are still called, "Parkwood Auto Spa" and there's no expiration on the coupons I bought. Additionally nobody notified me of this change or that there was a deadline to use them. So evidently I'm just out the money.

I've frequented this car wash for over ten years, and with each passing year the quality of the washes has gone downhill; from a lack of during necessary maintenance to keep all elements of the system in operation and performing a functional cleaning. It would be appreciated by the customer if more attention was given to equipment maintenance, so I don't have to use a towel to finish washing my vehicle.

We went here 6/23 and had no issues. We went back in 6/24 and noticed that 5 of the 8 bays were closed by cones or barrels. Most appearing to be in some sort of disfuction. We used bay 3 and the suds brush did not pump any soap while using. The coin operated panel was pretty banged up with sharp areas where someone might have tried to jimmy it open. After looking around a bit, I noticed that the awning was torn and there was litter scattered about. Ironically, a tech was sweeping when we arrived, but there was still a lot of trash. I hope this place is able to correct things. I would rather go here and pay around $5 to wash my car any day over paying $20+ at the new drive thru places.

I stopped by to get my carwash but the drive through was closed on a Sunday at 11:30 am? Their hours state they are open Sundays until 4pm! Are they having issues with employees? Not a good look. The awning above the door is shredded as well. The place has fallen into terrible disrepair. Such a shame.

This used to be my favorite self-serve car wash. I do not know what happened, its like they don't give a damn about upkeep anymore. None of the vacuums have hoses, but the doesn't matter because ALL of the vacuums are out of order!

This place is trash most bays don’t even work. Half the equipment has been ripped out of the walls. We can’t even put coins in it. The vacuums don’t work. Nobody even wants to give you your money back when their equipment won’t turn on for you.
