DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The owner left me without my truck for days with no communication. He didn’t return my truck the way I gave it to him. He gave me back my truck with all of my dash lights on. Tried to say I needed a new better but little did he know I just bought a battery 7 days before that, I bought a brand new duralast gold. The fuel out of my truck was stolen because he parks it in a sketchy area where homeless are at, I confronted the owner about this & he said himself that there was gasoline on the floor in the back because they stole my fuel. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Not only that, he tried to change me 1350$ for a job when the dealer charged me 450$…. He’s a scammer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN, HIS NAME IS CRISS

The owner was able to help us right away. My friends and I were on a road trip and had some concerning lights come on, after searching for a place to stop and do a diagnostic I called Parra’s. BEST DECISION. Not only was he so incredibly friendly, but he told us to come right away and not to worry- he would get us taken care of. And he did! I can’t say enough how kind, knowledgeable and professional he was. The cherry on top was he diagnosed the issue in no time and was able to send us on our way in less that 20 minutes. If you need a reliable and honest mechanic- look no further! Thank you Parra’s!!!

We had an excellent experience with this auto repair shop. The mechanic (chris) was professional, precise, nice, and incredibly considerate. We encountered an issue with our coolant reservoir while in the middle of our trip on a Saturday around 7:30 pm. Despite the late hour, he promptly checked the auto/engine system and serviced our car and ensured we could continue our journey safely. I highly recommend this repair shop.

Do not fall for the good reviews!!! I noticed I had to refill my coolant about twice over the span of 2 months, so I guessed I had a coolant leak of some sort. I saw the good reviews for Parra’s and figured I’d bring it in and see if he could diagnose the issue. Chris then goes on to tell me I need to replace BOTH my water pump and radiator, quoting me about 2000 dollars. I don’t even have that kind of money on hand first of all, but I went on to take my car to a trusted family friend mechanic to get a second opinion, and he said the radiator and water pump were completely fine! He r found a slight crack in the coolant reservoir and replaced that for me for 10% of 2k and the coolant issue has stopped. I’m a very young working professional, so Chris probably thought he could rip me off. If I listened to him, I would’ve spent 2 grand and the issue wouldn’t have been fixed since my reservoir was the crack. Do not go to this guy!!!!!

This shop is a Godsend!!! I don't have enough words to express my appreciation. On the way home from work, I hit a piece of tire tread on the freeway. I called Parras and they stayed open to help me. The guys were kind, professional and courteous. They removed the bottom cover from my car (which was dragging) and helped clean out my trunk so I could take it with me. I am grateful to have found such an honest mechanic. I was in a bad spot with 40 miles to get home, and they didn't take advantage. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Parras. They helped me for free but treated me like I was spending thousands. Blessings to Parras Auto Repair, continued success. My boyfriend’s car started giving us a heat warning light and a check engine light while we were over an hour away from home. No other mechanics were open at the time, and we just happened to be close to Parra’s repair. They served us immediately and filled up our coolant for free. After fifteen minutes we were good to go, no charge! Excellent service!

Can't recommend this mechanic enough, my brother who is a new driver made a small mishap on the road, leaving our car with an awful grinding sound in the back wheels. We drove to the closest mechanic which was Parra's and even though he was in the middle of something, the owner himself came immediately and within 15 minutes diagnosed the problem and had us back on the road, with some good advice as well.

I recently went to get my car serviced and was hesitant at first due to the bad reviews but I took my chances and went ahead with service. The owner was really polite and answered every single question I had. He kept in contact with me and my car was ready within hours. My mind is at the ease knowing my problem was fixed and done in a professional manner. I would recommend to friends and come back again.

This company has the tendency of scamming elderly people. They have had my in laws car for a month and a half for a catalytic converter and one other problem that shouldn’t have taken more than two weeks. They also charged over $2000. We called them and they said they were driving the car around which makes me feel like they were just using it as a shop car. They ignore calls and refuse to give the car back. Also over the last few years the car keeps having to be taken back because they suck at their job. Just take the car to Dobs by the OTC they are actually good mechanics.

I can't say enough about the owner, Carlos, who accommodated us on an emergency, after we had a road break down, when it was very close to closing time. He took our rental on the road with my husband and determined that there was nothing to fix at that point. He also explained that the service light (a minor issue) should be taken to the rental office to address. Very nice man. Very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him and his service center.

This shop is truly a nightmare, I am active duty military and dealt with an issue with my vehicle no crank no start. I was heading home the next day Cris the owner tells me I can have you out quick my friend. So I take my vehicle and no luck tells me the part is out of stock and he will take care of it with three days. I was forced to leave the vehicle and trust in the good of people. I drove home to El Paso Texas 13 hours away and my vehicle sat at this shop for 6 months and continued to tell me the same story he’s working on it and he’s trying hard to figure out the issue. I go home on pre deployment leave and to see my wife graduate college, to see my car still not able to start and the wires on my steering column are completely unraveled and spliced. I confronted him about this issue and said his electrical guy is working on it and it will be resolved. I was thankfully able to get my vehicle home after months later and a deployment later my vehicle is same issue I am stuck no start and took to a new shop and showed me the terrible work and loose wires on my steering column. STY AWAY FROM THESE UNLICENSED MECHANICS.

I took my car here a few years ago but the experience taught me how scammy some mechanics are is this shop is a scam. They tell you it’ll be ready and then say in three days and then a week and then I got so fed up that I surprised the owner one night and showed up for my car. He stood there shocked. I have a suspicion that they were using my car as a shop car to drive around. Scammers. He’s so charming “my friend” if he is no friend. The issue was not fixed. I took my car to a family mechanic and he had the issue fixed that day.

Jose and Christopher (mechanic) took real good care of us when we had to to have our car towed for service. Found out we had a bad alternator. Me and my son bought the part from Autozone to save time. Jose went out of his way to take my son a ride to withdraw cash from ATM and pick up part and charged us for labor. Sadly, we had to replace the alternator again because it was also somewhat defective. But, Jose and his team were always there to assist with our needs!! I highly recommend them for the hard work and their client services is in my opinion top notch!! THANK YOU JOSE AND CHRISTOPHER FOR GETTING US BACK ON THE ROAD SAFELY!
